It was on July 2, 2003 that the fight for independence began for the National Liberation Foundation in the police state known as Rhydin. Ordinary citizen soldiers began joining its ranks under the founder and present leader, Jude Preston. The National Liberation Front has only one goal and one goal only, to rid Rhydin of all governmental, military and police control to once again restore the freedom that existed without them. Once they have completed their goal of destroying Rhydin law enforcement they will go back to their peaceful lives only to rise from the ashes everytime another law enforcement group or governmental organization rears its ugly head.

Many have misconstrued the ideals and beliefs of what the National Liberation Front is about. Some say it is out for domination of Rhydin and others call it a terrorist faction. In truth the N.L.F is nothing but partisans...soldiers who are weekend warriors. People like you and me who strive to make Rhydin free of governmental tyranny and preserve that way. They have no interests in taking over Rhydin let alone harming the innocent civilians. Terrorism is what groups like the Rhydin Police Department and Raven Unit perform everyday, not the revolution that the N.L.F fights.
