The Draconian District is the second oldest district of the Nerimian Confederation, and some would consider it the most important. However, the district holds only two complete battle fleets, both of which aren't that experienced in combat. Nevertheless, the Draconian district is surrounded by two other districts: Aquilae and Antares, meaning that it serves mostly as a reserve unit that mostly would support those two districts in the event of an invasion.
In the war of 2062, a mis-fold by the ASC brought enemy forces directly into the Draconis district, but a rapid response from the NDI forces their put a quick end to the hostilities. Outside from this minor battle within the district's borders, the troops of the Draconian district aren't among the best of the NDI. Most of the activities that go on inside of Draconis consist of technological research and the building of NDI vessels and veritechs. Known for its industrial base, Draconis is one of the richest districts, where many of the Confederation's most wealthy businessmen reside from.
COMMAND STRUCTURE
The Warlord of Draconis, Shiroku Yoriama, is a crafty individual who was personally appointed by Commander Blackblade to whip the forces of the Draconian District into better shape. Known for his hard brand of discipline, Yoriama has known to punish his forces severely for the slightest infraction. Already, results are starting to be seen in the latest war games between the 6th Fleet and the 7th Fleet in 2069. The 6th Fleet's intense discipline allowed them to carry the day despite being considered one of the weaker forces in the NDI.
AVAILABLE FORCES
The Draconian Regular Forces consist of the 6th and 9th Battle Fleets, a regular and green level force respectively. While the actual combat experience of Draconis' troops isn't that high, they are progressing nicely, receiving brand new equipment from the NDI's Procurement Department, mainly because a great deal of the new equipment is manufactured in the Draconian district. Their loyalty is reliable, if not fanatical because they are so eager to see combat.
6th NDI Spacy Fleet: The Sword of Draconis
The 6th NDI Spacy Fleet is a band of tenacious individuals who seek nothing more than the total and utter destruction of every enemy they have come across. Their intense desire for action causes these troops to train constantly, molding their minds and bodies to the ultimate scope of the perfect Nerimian solider. Equipped with some of the best equipment available, the 6th Fleet is drilled on how to use this equipment to gain the maximum effect out of the various systems at their disposal. Because of this, the 6th Fleet can perform tasks very fast, the response time of the entire unit very high.
The 6th prefers a color scheme of pure white with scarlet accents.
OFFICERS
The 6th Fleet has no notable officers.
TACTICS
The Sixth has no tactical speciality aside from an overwhelming drive to inflict damage on their opponents. This creates a weakness that a clever enemy can exploit, but opponents meeting the Sixth in stand-up combat are in for a shock. The troops of the 6th make practice of rushing enemy formations, starting in a wedge formation and quickly splintering into several small squadron-sized attacks. With this tactic, they intend to shatter the enemy with one violently blow.

CO: Commander Gabrielle ClarkeThe 11th Carrier Air Group is based on the carrier Avenger, and are under the tutelege of three-time combat ace Commander Gabrielle Clarke. Thus far, the group hasn't seemed to have learned much from the experienced CAG officer, but over time, the 11th is expected to become an experienced military force.
Ryuken-Roku: The White Dragons
Brigade/Veteran/Reliable
CO: Colonel Tariq GibsonThe Ryuken-Roku (6th Dragon Sword) is in effect a mighty ground assault force that combines elements of artillery, heavy offensive vehicles, and jump troops trained with every infantry weapon available. Considered a veteran unit, the Ryuken-Roku is a floating unit that is temporarily assigned to the Draconis district. Their previous servitude in the Cygni District gained them their Veteran status.
9th NDI Spacy Fleet: Unleashers of the Divine Hurricane
The 9th NDI Spacy Fleet is a relatively inexperienced force, with veteran troops residing in its ranks, but for the most part, its ranks are filled with green-level troops. As a result, the 9th Fleet has been under constant training, their role simply relegated to the homeland defense of the Draconis district. Because of this, the 9th Fleet has very low morale, the procurement of upgraded weapons systems slow and coming to this particular unit of the NDI Spacy. Nevertheless, the 9th NDI Spacy Fleet is slated to see more action as the NDI prepares to test out their abilities against the Sakkran Empire when the next attack comes from the lizard-like race.
OFFICERS
Commanding Officer Ezekiel Sanders has eased up a bit on the 9th, but allows his troops no opportunity to slide. Tests are held ever six months, and almost everyone prepares well for them. The NDI High Command hopes that by the end of the Second Titan Programs, the 9th will be able to be classified as a regular-level unit.
TACTICS
The 9th has no real specialized tactics.
