Anthrax is 100 million times deadlier than all chemical warfare agents. It is a silent invisible killer and if you inhale it you will always die. Anthrax is cheap to make and is not high tech. Anthrax is easy to make into a weapon because it is extremely stable and it can be stored almost forever in the dry powder form.
