In Bluestreak's dimension the Vehicons won the war for the spark, but at the
loss of there leader Megatron. After the war ended the Generals were left, each
fighting the other for control over the Vehicons. Soon a new leader arose, Cyber
Prime. Cyber Prime united the Vehicons under his leadership, and there values
evolved into a more Autobot set of values. At that time Cyber Prime started to
reunite drones with sparks. That's when Bluestreak was born. It's unclear
whether or not he is, or is related to the Bluestreak that left cybertron on the
arc, but the similarities in abilities are striking.
His body is one of a hover car, always floating mere inches above the ground,
even in robot mode. He has an extreme love for the ground, an ironic fact since
he never can touch it, and it tortures his every being. He doesn't normally
speak much, but when he does his comrades listen, and he hardly ever joke. He is
an exact opposite as the Autobot Bluestreak. It's explained by his comrades who
believe that he is the original Bluestreak, it's how he was broken into becoming
a Vehicon. He also hates war, and conflict looking for more peaceful solutions
to battle.
Weapons:
in hover car mode he has a detachable missiles that mount behind his control
unit (this is what replaces where the people would normally sit in a car). These
missiles explode with an ion blast that burns out most electronic devices in the
50 foot explosive radius. In Robot mode he wields a lightning beam that shoots
160,000 volts of electricity out of his fingertips. It's powered by an internal
working of electrical systems, Capacitors, and transformers (the electrical
kind, not the robot kind). Since the beam is made up of electricity it has an
attraction to metal. And can often 'home in' on it's target, or a near by
metallic bot. On rare occasions Bluestreak can discharge all of his stored
energy in one 640,000 volt blast that discharges from every pore in his body.
This blast can knock out electrical systems around him, but it also overloads
his systems causing stasis lock.
