How to easily defeat the Guado Guardians in Seymour battle 1: All you need to do is to using the special command go to:
a) Steal their Hi-potions sp they can’t use Auto potion any more.
b) Go to use and use a petrify grenade Seymour is immune but that isn’t why it is used. The Guado guardians will be petrified and will shatter instantly.
THIS 100% WORKS FOR ME (10/10 times I tried it).

How to beat Seymour 2:
Instantly in the battle have someone (for me Lulu) cast reflect on all your party. This stops practically all of his attacks except Mortibody’s (whose attacks are physical) then reflect on Seymour (not Mortibody).
This reflect stops Mortibody healing Seymour as it will bounce aback onto a random party member.
Don’t worry if you want someone to use magic simply use it on yourself and it will be reflected onto Seymour. (Always works unless for some glitch reflect fails)

How to know what the Al Bhed say at the start of the game:
To understand what the Al Bhed say start a new game with a completed Al Bhed dictionary from another saved game. There is an Al Bhed Primer compiler in the Baaj Temple ruins. This way you can understand what Rikku and the others say.

Answer 1. Yes, there is a FREE (as in no team) player on the bridge at Djose temple. He is called Kyou who is Level 3 and learns (or has) Venom Tackle 1 (and learns 2)

Answer 2. One screen up you have to fight the 2 Ronso bullies. Use Lancet on them and learn tons. I didn’t have Kimhari in my squad and he learnt about 8-10 more other than the 2 basic ones (Jump and Seed Attack). Contrary to popular belief you CAN actually learn mighty guard (learn it off the one that uses it. Hopefully I can work out a list of what you get off who soon)
