Here is a listing of the role playing rules of this rpg. Any questions E-MAIL ME. If you do not follow must of the rules you will be given two chances, I will warn you twice then I will just ban/kick you out of the room. Please try to have fun and don't bug other people.

-Once you send me your application you can go to the chat room and role play.
-After your member page is up you can rp all you want
-When you are in the chat room use (( )) around everything that isn't in character talk (ie do this when you just want to chat while people are role playing)
-When in character you can just use regular type
-For actions put < > around them
-When a op judges a fight or during a saga fight they use [ ]
-Only ops can use [ ]
-For anything that a computer, scouter, or radar would say or show put ** ** around it
-When a op or judge of a fight or something types a % it means a game break
-A game break means no talking even out of character talk isn't allowed
-Stick to your character, if he is a mean guy don't act nice, if he is a evil guy don't help the good guys unless you have a reason
-Try to do things the characters in the show would do (ie take a bath or eat or date)
-You can do what you want, unless it is a major or big thing then you must clear it with me
-You have to role play into getting everything even items, you can't just magiclly get a ship or items
-Role play when you can please, if you are busy tell me and I will understand
-If you do something like get married please role play everything involved with doing that thing
-Time goes a little fast in this rpg, 2 months equal 1 year.
-You can request that you get a few years added on if you wish (ie you want to have a kid and once he/she is born you want to make him your next character then I would make him 3 years old so he can)
-If you want to use the dragon balls then you better find them
-You can wish for almost anything as long as that dragon is strong enough, check the Eternal Dragon Pages
-If you want to fuse with someone you must ask me then if I give you the thumbs up, you must send me a email with 2 names, one that is the strong form and one that is the weak form (but it could be a fat form, old one, child or whatever my choice)
