Here is a listing of the basic rules of this rpg. Any questions E-MAIL ME. If you do not follow must of the rules you will be given two chances, I will warn you twice then I will just ban/kick you out of the room. Please try to have fun and don't bug other people.

-*NEW*-Everyone must start on planet Earth unless they want to die immediatly because they can only stand one gravity.
-You have to fill in a join form and be excepted before i will take any training.
-Just follow the instructions on the Chat Room Info Page to get into the chat room.
-Excessive use of profanity will not be tolerated.
-No sex this is not a XXX site or rpg, you want to do that find a different rpg or site to do it in.
-Be respectful of other players, they have as much right to be here as you do.
-Try not to be rascist.
-Listen to the ops (the people with @ by their names).
-No flooding. If u don't know what that means then ask someone.
-No hacking. Nuff' said. U hack in u get kicked out...its just that simple...thats why its on the basic rules page.
-Dont bug me about being a op or aop, you have to earn that status.
-Make sure to fill in everything on your join form.
-If I ask you to change something please do it.
-You have several stats for your character, they are pl, hp, speed, and agility
-Pl is your power level, basically its how much ki you have for attacks other than melee attacks(ex. punch, kick).
-Hp is your health or hit points and it determines how much damage you can take.
-Ki is your energy, and it determines which and how many attacks you can use. Its listed as pl on your members page.
-Speed is your speed and it determines how fast you are and (somewhat in)if attacks hit or not (it is still a ops descision if the attacks hit).
-Agility is your agility and it determines if you dodge also and how agile you are for things such as flips.
-The max number of attacks you can have is 30.(for now)
-I haven't quite decided how many techs players will start with yet...it will be 5 or less though.
-It used to be that your starting stats were determined by your rpg expericence but that rule is gone and everyone starts out even on all stats.
-You can't jump from planet to planet unless you role play into getting a ship or know a technique like Instant Transmission.
-If you die you can be wished back by one of the eternal dragons (check the Eternal Dragon Pages to find out about them).
-There is another way to be brought back to life, 1 is you use a Golden Halo or a special potion like King Kai used for Goku.
-If you wish to help send me a e-mail or just talk to me in the chat room or im me at mickb116.
-After a month, if you do not show up you will be taken off the members page then if you still haven't shown up in another month you will be deleted from the rpg permanently and will have to send in a new join form and start all over again if u want to come back in.
-If for some reason you won't be able to come for that amount of time e-mail me ahead of time so i don't delete you.
-You can have up to 3 active people for you to control in fights.
-Follow all the rules.
-Come as much as you want.
-When nothing is going on you can just chat.
-If you have your own rpg or site please send the url for me to link it and a button or banner if you have one...in exchange you can link my rpg to your site as a link.
-Ask before you try to do major things.
-You can do what you want but anything really big things must be cleared by me.
-If you belong to other rpgs great, but make sure you don't forget to come by and participate.
-I encourage you to join other rpgs too but don't drop mine for it and try to get that owner to make a link to mine and I will do the same.
-Try to have fun.
-It is a good thing to e-mail me about everything because I can forget easily.
-Try to have fun with this rpg.
-And lastly don't bug me when i am working on updates....i can be easily upset and "accidently" delete one of your training e-mails.
