This Faq is for the Nintendo Gamecube game Animal Crossing. Nook is the store owner/manager of the shop in your town. He also has 2 assistants with his new shop Nookington's which you can read about farther down. At Nook's shop you can do many things which are also listed above. Nook is the owner of the store in the AC towns. He wears the a Purple Suit, and a red tie everyday and is a raccoon. He is very businessman like, and likes to talk. The one good thing about Nook is he sells stuff cheap. It may not seem that way at first but he has great prices compared to Redd.
[[6]]-*-*-*-*-*-*-Getting Your House From Nook and Prices-*-*-*-*-*-*-
After you step off the train for the first time and off the platform, Nook comes running at you explaining how he just got the phone call and he has a "cozy" (a.k.a. VERY SMALL) house ready to buy. So you have to follow him to the players houses. When you get there he tells you to choose one of the four houses there. They are all the same so it doesn't matter which one you choose. To choose the house you like just enter the house by pressing "A" and then exit. Then he will ask you and say yes. Then the house is now you'res well...sort of. Now go to nook's shop to learn how to start paying off your house.

1.Nook's Cranny: This is the store you start out with. It has very little and has 8 items to buy each day. Only 4 of the item's change each day. There is also 2 more upgrades of Nook's Shop which are shown below. Below you can also find out how to upgrade to the next shop.

2.Nook N' Go: This is the second of the shop upgrades. There is more space in this shop and still needs to have much more room for the serious collector. It only has 12 items to buy everyday only half are tradeable. It is a lile diferent layout that the first shop other that it is larger. There are two items to buy behide the cash register and if they are small items, they can be easily missed.
