Rules and Regulations

Point System

After much thinking I have decided to have this guild run unlike any other I have seen to date. How you might ask did I happen to do this? Well the answer is by simply putting in a point system and asigning responsibilities to each rank. This in turn will help you know what it is you must do and will always give you ways to go up in rank. By doing various tasks you will recieve a different amount of points, the points in turn will work towards a promotion (or higher dice) for you. I have faith that this new system will help make each and everyone of you happier and more productive.

Penalties:

Each member receives a total of three warnings if at the end of the month no rules have been followed. After these three warnings you will be demoted to a lower rank. If inactivity continues afterwards we will be forced to remove you from the division you are currently in and possibly the guild, depending on what we decide.

Money System


Being as how we are free-forum a money system must be established for growth to take effect. There will be several ways to earn money, as well as things to spend it on. Any of you wishing to open your own shops/taverns are welcome to as long as you clear the idea with either me or lily. You will also need to give a list of your prices and your items and any updates you might come up with. Other ways of earning money include missions/events. Some events and missions will give you the opportiunty to earn money. You will also recieve a monthly salary as long as your doing your job. This system will be alot of work so if any of you wish to volunteer feel free to ask lily or myself.


Rules



You will be required to participate in at least three events in a years time. Secondly during every month may, there will be a meeting in which we will talk about problems and other important matters. This meeting is Mandatory!!. For dates and times please see the events/mission page for more details. We will be sending out reminders for those who forget. As for right now these are the only rules that will be put in place. You must of course continue to follow the guild guidelines. If you have any problems with these guidelines then talk to me or wait until the meeting and we can talk about it as a group.
