Counter attacking

You may counter a ki attack with one of your own weakening, or destroying the enemy's attack
EX:

You see, the attacks hit each other...so we look to see which attack is stronger.

lets suppose Vegeta's Final Flash would do 10,000 and Goku's Kamehameha would do 11,000

Goku's Kamehameha would overwhelm the Final Flash and hit Vegeta with the remaining power of the attack (1,000)

Grab Technuiqe

you can grab someone in battle..Getting out of the grab is a power issue if the person that grabs you is at all weaker than you you must struggle one time then break free or kick out and if they are at all stronger than you you must struggle 2 times and then break free or kick out EX: Goku has 10pl Vegeta has 9pl

Interuptions

You can interupt someone charging for an attack by attacking them (if they have at least 75% less PL than you EX:

Hiding Ki Now you can actually hide from an opponent by lowering your Ki after you have faded so that you can NOT be sensed. When you are hiding your Ki you may NOT attack or charge. In order to attack or charge again you must power up first then appear.(once you power up you MAY be sensed)Here is an example..

Power Lending This is the ability to take one's own power and transfer it to another through a wave of energy. The person can choose how much to give but can not give more then 95% of their remaining HP without fainting. This works by transfering HP not PL. Here is an example...

Physical Attacks-

• Punch- AP=2% A close range physical attack with your fist. (All fighters know from the start.)
• Kick- AP=2% A close range physical attack with the leg/foot. (All fighters know from the start.)
• Long Punch- AP=3% A long range physical attack with the arm stretched foward. (Nameks, Janemba, and Cell know from the start.)
• Rocket Punch- AP=10% (charge 0 times) The ability for android 16 to fire his fist at an opponent. Android must then pick up his fist and place it back to use it again. (fist may be taken by opponent) (must learn by programming, 16 only)
• Energy Punch- AP=40% (charge 5 times)A short range physical attack with the fist charged with a tremendous amount of Ki. (learn by self, takes 5 days.Must have 30,000pl to learn)

• Genocide Attack(human extenction attack)- AP=40% (charge 10 times) A giant burst of multiple energy beams that go in all directions and hit everyone in the same chat. If user does this on top of kami's lookout everyone on earth gets dealt 10%ap (must have 50,000pl, takes 10 days to learn)
• Guided Scattershot- AP=40% (Charge 7 times) Multiple long range energy blasts fired around the opponent then explodes. Opponent may not fade or move away from the attack AFTER it is fired.(must have 50,000pl, learn by self, takes 7 days)
• Energy Gun- AP=40% (charge 5 times) Janemba only fires several large energy balls from holes in janemba's chest, hits all people in chat.learn by self takes 10 days.Must have 50,000 PL (Janemba only)
• Guided Kamehameha- AP=40% (charge 7 times) a kamehameha that cannot be dodged. learn by self takes 7 days.Must have 35,000PL and know Kamehameha.(good characters and cell only)
• Freeza Beam- AP=%40 (charge 4 times) a small, long range beam of energy that peirces armor.learn by self takes 5 days.(must have 30,000 PL Freeza only)
• Galick Gun- AP=40% (charge 6 times) A powerful, long range beam of energy fired from the hands. Learn from King Vegeta, takes 5 days. Must have 30,000PL. (Saiyans only)(may not use the fade-hit technuiqe)
• Final Flash- AP=50% (charge 6 times) A powerful, large, long range beam of energy fired from both hands. Learn by self, takes 6 days. Must have 30,000PL. (Vegeta only) (may not use the fade-hit technuiqe)
• Chou Death Missle Barrage- AP=50% (charge 6 times) Hundrends of High powered Ki blasts hit your opponet rapadly and stuns them for 1 attack. (Learn When You Become Gotenks) (may not use the fade-hit technuiqe)

• Thunder Flash- AP=%50 (charge 7 times) a move used by Pikkon that fires a long range beam of fire and energy. learn from Pikkons master, takes 6 days to learn. must have 30,000PL (Pikkon only) (may not use the fade-hit technuiqe)

• Chou Death Ball (Actual name is Super Ultra Revenge Death Ball)-(charge 10 times) The ultimate death ball, used to finish off powerful enemies fast.%100ap (takes away %45 hp of the person who uses it) must have 100,000PL. takes 10 days to learn

• Final Skill- AP=120% A skill used by vegeta to unleash his full power on an unbeatable enemy...Must be SSJ2. Learn by self takes 10 days. (Self destructs)
• Spirit Bomb- AP=10% x The number of times charged. A potentially powerful ball of energy that grows in size and power the more the user charges it. Learn from King Kai, takes 10 days. Must have 30,000PL (Cannot use in SSJ)(Good characters only)(may use the fade-hit technuiqe)
• Dragonfist- AP=100% (charge 10 times) An extremely powerful long range flying punch attack that transforms the user into The Eternal Dragon Shenron. Learn from Shenron, takes up all wishes. (must be SSJ3)(obviously may not use the fade-hit technuiqe)
• Android Self-Destruct- Always does 500,000 damage. A huge explosion caused by triggering an internal bomb. (must trigger bomb then count down from 10 to 1 before using the attack. All fighters take damage, even if faded. Cannot be blocked) (may not use the fade-hit technuiqe)
• Energy Dan- AP=10% (charge 5 times) A burst of multiple energy blasts that go in all directions. All people in the chat take damage.(must have 30,000pl, learn by self takes 6 days)
• Full Power Kamehameha- AP=200% (charge 10 times) An EXTREMELY powerful yet reckless kamehameha, takes away 99% of your remaining HP. Learn by self takes 20 days. (must know all previous kamehamehas)

• Monster Punch- AP=10% A powerful close range physical attack with fists. (May only use as Oozaru)
• Monster Kick- AP=10% A powerful close range physical attack with the leg/foot. (May only use as Oozaru)
• Monster Mouth Beam- (charge 1 time) AP=30% A powerful long range beam of energy fired from the mouth (May only use as Oozaru)

Technical Moves-

• Block- A defensive maneuver use to prevent taking damage from an attack. (must type ::block:: before the opponent types ::hit::) All fighters know from start.
• Fade- The ability to move so extremely fast that you blur out of sight and your movements cannot be traced by the naked eye.(you cannot be attacked directly without appearing first) All fighters except goons know from the start.
• Sense- The ability to sense the power of an ooponent, thus revaling themselved from their faded status. Learn by self, takes 2 days. Androids cannot be sensed and cannot learn sense.
• Fly- The ability to use your energy to fly through the air. Once in the air you can move around by typing ::goes low:: ::goes high:: ect. Opponents on the ground may not use close range attacks if you are high in the air. Traveling on planets takes 1 day. Learn by self takes 1 day. (must have 5,000PL)(adroids must learn by programming
• Solar Flare-(charge 3 times) A move that uses light to blind your enemies movement for 3 moves. Omy way to block is by ::covers eyes::(learn from Master Roshi takes 5 days)
• Moonshine Blast- (charge 2 times) The ability to create a huge ball of energy that simulates the light of a full moon (thus transformaing all saiyans with tails in that area into Oozaru monsters for 30 minutes) Learn by self, takes 2 days (1 day for saiyans).
• Instant Transmission-  The ability to move or travel at the speed of light to another source of Ki.(can only travel to the exact location of someone else). Used just like fade, except you can not be sensed. Charge is not lost when used. May take other people to different locations if you are touching them.(type ::touches [persons name]:: Learn On Yardak After the 10 day Yardak training.
• Transdimensional Teleportation-  The ability to teleport anyone or anything through the planes of existance...fighters are taken to the gates of heaven or hell but they cannot return by Transdimensional Teleportation...only Shin knows how to bring fighters back from Heaven or Hell.So basically, its a one way trip=)
• Majin- The ability to put any evil character under that person's control (they are forced to do what they say) Neutral characters can be attacked by majin but can decide for themselves whether or not to fall under the person's control.(Vegeta does not have to obey commands)(Majined characters gain a 25% PL increase when they have been caught under the person's control.
• Haretsu- An ability known only by Babidi and Bibidi, Haretso is the ability to make any character under the influence of Majin power to explode using their own energy (this causes no damage to other characters)
• Stone Spit- (charge 1 time)The ability to spit on an opponent turning them to stone until the person that spit on them is killed.

• Kaioken x 10- (charge 2 times)The ability to raise your PL beyond its max. Multiply max PL by 1.25. Cannot be used as SSJ. Learn from Roshi, takes 5 days. (Must have 15,000PL)(Good Characters only)
• Kaioken x 20- (charge 4 times)The ability to raise your PL beyond its max. Multiply max PL by 1.50. Cannot be used as SSJ. Learn from King Kai, takes 5 days. (Must have 15,000PL)(Good Characters only)
• Super Kaioken- (charge 6 times)The ability to raise your PL beyond its max. Multiply max PL by 1.25. CAN ONLY be used as SSJ. Learn from Goku, takes 5 days. (Must have 100,000PL)(Good Characters only)
• Possession- The ability to take control of a persons body from the inside. The possesser gains the possesseds person's PL, moves, items, money, planets, and transformations.User loses 25% of his HP when leaving the body. Bebi knows from start
• Rejuvination- (charge 5 time)(regain 20% for every time used) The ability to heal yourself before,durring, or after a fight. (Nameks, Cell, and buus know from start) (Use as many times as desired per battle)
• Nameks can use only if they have at least 20% HP remaining
• Cell can use at all times unless he is killed with an attack that does enough to kill him and have at least 30% of his MAX HP more power. EX: Cell's Max HP is 100k, if he is down to 20k HP it would take a 50k attack to kill him.
• All Buu's (same as Cell but it must have at least 50% of His MAX HP)
• Heal- The Ability to heal other people. Only Kibito or Dende can teach you this. And it takes 5 days to learn. Charge 2 times for every 10% of hp you heal. But you lose 5% of the hp you heal...
• Barrier- (charge 3 times) The user creates an inpenetrable aura around him/herself. User may not attack or move while barrier is being used. Barrier lasts until it is attacked. Learn by self, takes 6 days. Androids learn by programming Must have 10,000PL
• Hidden Power- (charge 5 times then yell) A mysterious technique known by all saiyans that allows you to dramatically raise your power level + 50%(gohan) and other saiyans power level+25% using intense internal rage. May only use when under extreme emotional stress. EX: the senseless and cruel murder of a close friend or family member.
• Power Healing- If a saiyan is hurt down to 10%HP during a fight or something when he/she heals he/she gets 25% of the pl they heal from. For example: if i got 10000 damage done to me and i healed i would get 2500pl.
• Cube Fade- the ability to fade into hundreds of tiny cubes and appear and re-assemble in another place, sort of like a instant transmission.learn by self takes 10 days.Janemba only.(must have 50,000 PL)
• Energy Sword- (Charge 3 times) Creates a sword with an AP of %20. Learn when Veggeto
• 12 eyes- (charge 5 times)The ability to split into 4 parts, causing your attack power to be divided by 4.Must type ::hit:: 4 times for every move. Each hit is 1/4 of a normal hit. Learn by self takes 7 days (Tien and cell only)(must have 100,000PL)
• Mind Blast- The ability to paralize any character for as long as the user wants. You must have at least 10% of their PL(you do not have to say ::hit::)

• Muscle Growth- (charge 2 times)The ability to raise your PL beyond its max by increasing muscle size. Multiply max PL by 1.2. Cannot be used in any SSJ form (automatically used as ussj). Takes 3 days to learn. (Must have 15,000PL)
• Giant Growth- (Charge 4) times The ability to increase the size of the body thus raising attack power. Cannot use in any transformed state. Multiplies PL by 1.4, takes 6 days to learn. (must have 25,000pl) (Humans may not learn). you must put ::giant-???:: before every move

Absorb- The ability to absorb power from energy attacks and from people. User gains 5% of the opponents HP when used in a grab. User may also absorb 100% of a ki attacks power as HP(use like block).

• Fusion- The ability to fuse with any fighter. The fighters never seperate. The weaker fighter's body fuses into the stronger one's. The stronger character gains the weaker's PL and moves. Learn from Guru, takes 6 days.Nameks know from start
• Fusion Dance- The ability to do a sort of dance to fuse with another fighter. Both fighters PL and moves fuse together. The fighters seperate after 30 min. Learn from Grand Kai, Takes 4 days by self 1 days with a partner(The dance cannot be inturrupted) Dance EX:

• Body Change- The ability to switch bodies (and PL) with an oponent...Captin Ginyu only
