From this point on, officers must be level 20+, and well travelled. This has no effect on current officers.
In the future officers will be chosen by a tournament. Entrants will compete against all the other entrants in an arena, and the last 10 left standing will be crowned a new officer. This tourney is going to be monthly and of course will depend on how many officers we have in the guild right now. Eligibility for these tournaments depends on level (see above), and attendance to meetings, raids, and other guild events. This attendance number MUST be above 60%. This will prevent us from having officers that are never on. Also, eligibility requires that you have been in the guild for at least two (2) weeks. This will prevent us from having officers no one or only a few members know.
Once a certain number of officers have been made(this number is to be chosen by the guild leader, and is relative to the size of the guild), no more officers will be made until the guild grows more.
