Ah, yes, the ever important guild vault. I'm not entirely sure how it is handled in other guilds, but this is how we intend to handle it.
50% of money from guild events will go into the guild vault, along with valuable items (items that can fetch a good price on the market), and items that members will need at certain times (ie. bonechips, tiny daggers, etc.) We accept donations too.
The treasurer of the guild vault is a trustful guildee who is choosen by the Guild master. This person will then make an alt character on the same server. The character will never be played, (no leveling of this character is allowed) . He/she will keep the money in the bank and of course the items in there inventory and also in the bank.
Your Guild vault treasurer is Famelan. He is a human warrior in Freeport. A screenshot will be provided soon.
Everyone who donates to the guild vault will get a prize of 5 platium for their efforts, but this isn't all the money that they can make. Everyone who has 50+ attendence will get an addition 5 platuim. And the person with the highest participation will get a prize of 20 plat. This is monthly and, of course, will depend on how much money the guild has.
You can only take out money for the following reasons:
Body rot
spells
acceidently selling of a weapon (75 % of the actual value)
The money can either be paid back in full or in payments, just let gananorn / ninnydari know what way you are paying at the time.
A committee that the guildee who needs money should talk to is the disbutes committee. This meeting should be set up between committee and said party.
The members of the committe are as follows:Loramon, DrawKill, Wenu, Zunairz, and Vise
Steps to take when withdrawing money
1. contact a person in the committee
2. the said person will contact others, and you're and the commettee will set up a meeting
3.The commette will hear the reqests and vote whether the reason is fair.
4.The committee will then contact either gananorn/Ninnydari and make known whether or not the request was approved. Ninny/gan will then write down in their binder how much the said individual is taking out and whether or not they will be making payments or paying in full.
5. The person will make their way to FP and contact Gananorn/Ninnydari when they get there.
6.Gananorn/Ninnydari will then log out and log back in as Famelan.
7.The person who is taken money should renevous with Famelan and get the money/items.
8.Then the said party should contact gananorn/ninnydari when it comes to making there payments/ or the money in full and repeat steps 5 - 7 again.
