Kokeeno Eksaskisi A.K.A. Scragg - Street name for the man known throughout Balric and beyond. He is supposed to be the master of thieves within the city of A'krel. He is also known for making people disappear and his supposed use of magic. It is unknown whether he himself is a mage or not.
Kokeeno is an imposing figure. Having light, almost white grey eyes and silver hair and muscular build. He is only 178 cms and has a small scar on his left cheek. He is handsome even for an elf. Rumors persist that he is a renagade Grey Elf from the city Paht Raa. But either no one knows where he is from or they are not talking. What is known is that his true name is Garil Tissvana.
He is a fair yet hard man. His crew is almost all human. Even this racial difference seems not to matter. His men are loyal to the end. His ship is one of the finest Sailing ships on the Sea of Aonos. His ship is a two sailed ship named "The Silver Splinter".
Kokeeno is known as a mighty warrior. An excellent swordsman and end even better with daggers that has killed many men who have tried his mettle. His skill with the swords are legendary in all the lands. It is believed that he owes alligeance to the High King. At lest as much loyalty as a briggan can give.
Of recent his ship has encountered the Pirate ship known as the Blood Rose and narrowly escaped it into some sort of underground sea tunnel...
