<Zack> *is woke up to someone pounding on his door
<Zeus> "Time to wake up Zack! First mission in 1 hour."
* Diana mmphs a lil', up in a tree*
<Zack> *yawns, looking at the clock* ~Go back to sleep Diana...you need it.~
<Diana> {{...uh...?}} *blinkblinks awake* {{...nah...wherr.oh...need to hunt something for food...you ok?}}
<Zack> ~Feeling a little better..isn't Mondo gonna get worried about you?~
<Diana> {{Hai...but...I've got it taken care of...}}
<Zack> ~Uhmmm...ok~ *gets up and gets ready, then heads to Zeus's office*
<Zeus> "Good morning Zack. I have a mission for you and Kumi. Nothing too hard."
* Diana hunts down breakfast, ladeedaaa*
<Zack> "What is it?"
<Zeus> "There is a safehouse in New York City..you and Kumi are going to go there and take it out."
<Zack> "....."
*the locket fluxuates dimly again*
* Diana looks down at the locket...cupping it in her hand...*
<Zeus> "You leave in half an hour. Go catch up with Kumi and head out..."
<Zack> ~Diana...you heard what I have to do...~
<Diana> {{Hai...damn...I'll see you there, then...}}
<Zack> ~No...don't...Kumi has a control to the regulator...he will kill me if you do.~
* Diana blinks and curses softly* {{Damn...I forgot about that...sorry..}}
<Zack> ~Diana..?~
<Diana> {{...hai?}}
<Zack> ~Will I ever be forgiven for what I am about to do?~
<Diana> {{...I...don't know...but...don't write us off so easily...}}
<Zack> ~I know this safehouse...it is for new mutants..~
<Diana> {{...oh...?}}
<Zack> *finds Kumi, and heads out
<Zack> ~...Yes...teenagers Diana...~ *she feels a great deal of sadness and regret coming from him*
* Diana sighs a little, moving through the trees towards civilization...* {{...oh...gods...}}
<Zack> ~I'm sorry...~
<Diana> {{...you...you can't help it...}} *feelings of sadness, confusion, even self-blame eminate from her..*
* Zack and Kumi arrive there very quickly, and stand in front of what looks like a rather run down building
<Kumi> "Alright Zack...do your stuff. Take down this building quickly so we can get outta here."
<Zack> *closes his eyes, shaking his head some. he then lifts his arms towards the building
* Diana closes her eyes, holding her breath and swallowing*
<Zack> *seems to be taking awhile, and is secretly sending a message into the building for everyone to leave
<Kumi> *notices some are running out the back* "You sonofa..." *chases after the ones getting away*
<Zack> "..oO(have to do it..).." *then sends a large blast of tele-energy, taking out the whole building before everyone gets out*
* Diana cringes...*
<Kumi> *comes back with two kids in each hand. They look to be only like 16. he lands in front of Zack* "Kill them.."
<Kumi> *tosses them to the ground, they lay there crying and cringing*
<Diana> <w> Great gods...
<Zack> ~Diana...I....I have no choice....~
<Diana> {{I...I know...*sighs a little*}}
<Zack> *kneels down in front of them and sets a hand on each of there heads, closing his eyes* ~Have a painless death...~ *the kids collapse, not a sinlge bit of pain felt*
<Zack> *stands slowly*
* the locket seems to lose some light once again*
* Diana holds the locket in her hand, sighing softly, wandering through the jungle..*
<Kumi> "Alright..let's go..and don't think there won't be any punishment for your little trick back there."
<Zack> "Whatever.."
* Zack and Kumi head back, and enter Zeus's office, Kumi giving the report
<Zeus> "Zack Zack Zack....I thought you knew better then that...Kumi...you know where to take him.."
<Kumi> *smiles, flipping the switch for pain for a second, making Zack drop to his knees, he then drags him out
* Diana cringes..*
<Kumi> *brings him to what looks like a torture room, and locks him into this table looking thing
* Diana's eyes widen...guess it's a weird double vision, being able to see that and her real surroundings...she searches for a path to follow from the trees..*
<Kumi> "Now Zack..I am going to send an electrical shock through your body every 5 minutes. It's gonna hurt, but mabye you will learn." *goes to a computer, typing some stuff in, then sends the first shock into him*
<Zack> *his body raises some off the table, screaming in pain*
* Diana bites her lip, brows wrinkling*
<Zack> *drops back down to the table*
*He goes through this for a half an hour without saying a word, his body now almost smoking*
