* pictures are of an almost impossibly small baby with ice blue eyes, some she's being held in the arms of a Japanese woman, in others she's alone, playing or curled up sleeping, through the book the child gets older, always very small for her age, getting wild strawberry-blond curls, eventuuually the hair changes to what it is now, as with the eyes, there's a gap between the mid-teen years and the pregnancy pics, the pregnancy pics being the last ones in the book*
