Later, upon a meeting with the Gods, the blade was their upon blessed, giving it special properties. The blade has a essance, a soul of its own in a way. It will recall to his hand if needed, and also can cut through any material. Its blessed properties gives it the ability to inflict physical, and spiritual damage, thus allowing it to harm ANYTHING. It is a powerful weapon, if his only true weapon. Upon his aquiring of it, Garath named the blade "Lux a Cælum", which is latin for "Light of Heaven".
