and natural. The women of her tribe only ever put their hair up for special

colored eyes. She is of medium build, although rather busty for her size.
She has three tattoo-like markings. One, a birth mark, is on her lower
back, and is shaped like a flame. It is a bright red color, and has a circle
inside, with strange purple markings. This is the mark of a warrior. Next,
on her left shoulder is a rectangular shape, purple, blue, and black inside.
This is a tattoo that is used as a sort of family name. Her mother and
father, brothers and sisters, would all of this tattoo. The last marking
is a pretty, wave-like tattoo, that is a pale green color, found on her
right shoulder. This tattoo says that she is unmarried. If she were to
marry, dark green markings would be put around and inside the shape.

is a large slit, so that Thyra can move easily. For shoes, she wears knee
high leather boots that are dark brown in color, and lace up tightly. Strapped
to her back she carries a long, ancient looking sword. Thyra wears many
items of ancient jewelery, including a large stone around her neck that
has been passed down through her family. She does not understand the importance
of the stone, as many before her did not, but wears it anyway.
Personality: She is proud of her heritage, although little is known
of it. She stays true to the style of dress that the ancients used, as
most people from her tribe do. She is a quick decision maker, and doens't
always say a lot, which sometimes makes her appear unfriendly, when in
reality she has a good sense of humor and is very kind. Since her childhood,
she has been drawn to magic users, and has always found them very interesting.
Race: human, although strange looking.
Profession: warrior
Background Info: Thyra's ancestors were cast away from society because
of their odd ways, so she grew up in a small village deep in the forests,
of about 25 or so small houses. Most of the traditions and rituals that
had them cast away hundreds of years ago, have died out now, but her people
like it where they are, and so there they stay.
At birth, the people of her tribe are born with markings. These marking
tell what profession the baby is to be. Born with the marking of a warrior,
Thyra has taken up the sword to protect her village from the outside world.
Not long ago, there was a commotion a small distance away from the village,
and she and a few of her fellow defenders went to check it out. Wouldn't
you know, it was the Dark Elf army on their way to attack Nahrung. Thyra
and two others ran down the hillside and out of the forest to attack the
army, afraid that they were going after the village, and the others thinking
this was a stupid move, ran back to the village to warn them. Her two comrades
died there, and she luckily escaped with her life, but had some fairly
bad injuries. Thyra limped as far as she could, but ended up passing out
behind a large boulder. Days later, she awoke in a small hut near Khole.
A passing miner had discovered her, and brought her home and fixed her
wounds. Once she was feeling 100%, she thanked the miner and his family,
and set out to find her way home. Of course, she had never been in the
outside world, so she got very lost, and ended up very far away from her
homeland.
Not much is known of where the first people to settle in her village came
from. All that is known is the way the dressed, and their rituals. The
frist elders would not speak of their past. It is believed that this is
because it is too painful for them to speak about, and remember.
