The way you train is simple. You go into a chatroom from the main page, and make sure it's the "Training Room". First, you rp your character's actions, then highlight it and send it in an e-mail to me. For example:
-Gohan charges up his power-
-Gohan goes into super saiyan form-
-he creates an energy ball-
-he throws it and fades to a spot in front of the ball-
-he blocks the energy ball and then does 1000 push-ups-
See, it's that simple. Sparring is the same as fighting, but nothing really happens to anyone. And be sure to say what planet you are training on. Because a different planet changes how your stats raise. And if you don't say what planet you are on, your training will count for nothing
