These scouters are very special and when you copy a move email one of the updaters to tell them and must have more than one witness who witnessed the copy. As soon as you copy an attack you cannot copy another attack unless you use an Ultimate Scouter Repair Kit. Takes 12 hours to find a dragonball too. Costs: $15,000
Armor Repair Kit: Repairs Level 1 and 2 armors. Unlimited uses(not to be used in battle). Costs: $10,000
