T The warriors all rush outside to see what happened to the city. When they arrive all they see is dead people and pieces of them lying everywhere. This angers them as they walk over the corpses. As the warriors leave, Vegeoku and Ichiro are still training in the Room of Dark

::Back in the city::
A blast comes down and strikes Yukion in the chest sending him through a building. As the warriors look up they see that its Tulzar. The warriors try to attack him head on but they are too weak. Finally Vegeoku and Ichiro appear only to get beat down also. Finally Tulzar gets Zich in a full nelson and holds him as Yukion prepares to fire his Xero Crasher. The warriors try to persuade Yukion not to fire it, but at the end Yukion fires it anyway, but makes it small to throw Tulzar off. Tulzar takes the bait and lets go of Zich by throwing him through the building. Tulzar gathers energy to smack the blast away, but as soon as it gets close to him, the ball of ki expands into a giant blast which devours Tulzar and blows up. The sharp shockwaves cut up Yukion knocking him to the ground

The warriors think that Yukion has saved the day, but all of a sudden a blast is sent through the torso of Tojeiko. As Tojeiko is near death, he is take to the healing chambers. Everyone feels a power rising and it is Tulzar. He is transforming. His muscles buldge and he grows in feet. Can the warriors stop him??
