Squall can learn 4 different Limit breaks. Rough Divide, Fated circle, Blasting zone and Lionheart. Rough divide and Lionheart damage one opponent and Fated circle and blasting zone damagae all opponents. When you select his limit break while battling a box appears at the bottom, when the moving lines are going to hit the still line press R1 to make him do more damage. Squall acquires new limit breaks by upgrading his weapons.
RINOA
Combine, Angel wing
Rinoa can learn 8 different techniques. Angelo rush, Angelo recover, Angelo reverse and Angelo Search are ones Angelo can learn and
The other characters have only one limit break.
Laguna- performs Desperado. He tosses a grenade and then empties a few clips of ammo at his enemy before bailing out.
Kiros- Kiros' limit is Blood Pain. He uses his deadly blades and makes a quick attack on the enemy.
Ward- Ward's limit break is Heavy Anchor. He tosses his anchor high into the air and it crashes to the ground and hits all enemies.
Seifer- Seifer's limit is called Fire Cross. He hits the opponent with a fire spell and he follows with a attack with a blast of energy from his gunblade.
Edea- Edea has a limit break called Ice Strike. She uses her powerful sorceress magic to create a gigantic ice javelin and she throws it at the enemy. (like at the end of disc 1 when she throws an ice javelin at Squall)
