VIVI

Vivi is the prototype of the race of Black Mages. His job class as Black Mage means he specializes in the art of offensive magic. Like all Mage types, his physical strength is rather low, but is compensated by the power of his magic. His unknown history is a good portion of the storyline of Final Fantasy IX. His weapon is the Staff. On each Staff are a new set of magic for only him to use. During Trance, his normal Black Magic ability becomes Double-Black, which allows for two Black Magic spells to be cast in the same turn. His support abilities include those that boost magic and guard against things that hamper mages.
