Spyr Draklin
Spyr Draklin
Character Name: Spyr Draklin
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Class: Sorcerer
Weapon: Black Dragon (Naginata)
Armor/Clothing: Because of the larger size of his weapon, it would impair Spyr's fighting ability to wear a shield. Therefore, whenever Spyr grasps the weapon with both hands, a defensive spell kicks in to act as a shield. The shield, when activated, is circular in shape extending from the bottom of the hilt to the tip of the blade. However, like all shields, enough direct blows from the enemy can dispel the shield and cause him to take more damage from his enemy's attack.
Commands:
ATTACK
BLADE MAGIC
-FireStrike: Attacks with Naginata charged with Fire1 magic.
-ThunderStrike: Attacks with Naginata charged with Thunder1 magic.
-IceStrike: Attacks with Naginata charged with Ice1 magic.
SUMMON
-Dark Leviathan: Spyr's eyes go red and he casts his Naginata in the air. With it pointed to the sky, he shouts "Come Forth, Dark Leviathan!" Immediately, the blade darkens and an orb of dark matter forms upon it, quickly growing till it is roughly the size of a large wrecking ball. Once the dark orb has reached it's full size, it begins to change into the shape of a coiled serpent, namely Dark Leviathan. It uncoils the upper half of its body and roars, ready for Spyr to let it unleash it's Deadly Toxin attack.
Deadly Toxin: Dark Leviathan arches it's upper body backward, opening its jaws in the process to gather what soon becomes an orb of red energy. When Dark Leviathan is satisfied with the amount of energy gathered, he releases it in a thick red cloud of corrosive toxin. The damage created is great and if any opponent is left still standing, the toxin has a good chance of placing confusion on them.
ITEM
Trance: Demon Flail
-Spyr takes his weapon and holds it by the end. His eyes glow red and then he says the Trance Attack. As soon as he does, the staff portion of his Naginata disappears, exposing a long chain made of spiked links. He begins to twirl the chained Naginata around next to him and, as soon as he's ready, then throws it at the enemy. Once the enemy is ensnared by the weapon, Spyr pulls on the hilt to make sure they're tightly bound. Once he's ready, the arm holding the hilt of the weapon shifts to its true demon form and transfers a large amount of dark energy from Spyr's body through the weapon and into the trapped enemy. This attack causes large amounts of damage and inflicts Bio.

Description/History:
-A Creature's Trickery and a Man's Decision-
I had not always been like this. I was once a human being, one who had a soul and could distinguish right from wrong. But not since I wandered from my hometown on the Great Plateau in search of adventure. Like any teenage guy, I sought adventure outside the town limits. But little did I know what price I'd have to pay to continue my adventure. I had left my town in search of danger and had done so with reckless abandon. I started well enough; food enough for two weeks, cooking supplies, a tent, and a short sword for protection. If I were to encounter anything, that was all I had. I had lasted a week and all was well until the rain began. It lasted for three days and soaked me to the bone. The plateau offered no shelter, so I was forced to trudge through, my first mistake. After the rain, fog came and I wondered the plateaus for several days. Some of the food I had brought was spoiled from the rain, so when the fog did come, I had only enough food for two more days, and that was if I rationed it very sparingly. Weak and tired, I continued on foot towards nothingness, the fog never seeming to lift. When I finally ran out of food, I began to panic. Another day passed I was near exhaustion. It was at that instance when I was about to fall to the ground that I noticed a creature, smaller than myself but nimble looking. The creature, obviously not noticing my presence yet, seemed to be doing something with a large weapon in its hand. Perhaps it was mutilating its next meal, who was tell. My mind told me to run and hide, but I felt intrigued to know more about this creature. If it lived here, it must have a shelter of some sort. So I decided to follow it with a renewed strength. The creature however was nimble and I almost lost it several times. Luckily I followed it to a cave. This cave seemed to be near the ocean also, since the smell of salt was in the air. Little did I know this creature knew I was following it and lay in waiting for me to venture far enough into the cave. As I would soon find out, this creature was actually possessed by a demonic entity that lies within a the weapon I now carry with me, the Black Dragon. As I ventured into the cave, the creature pounced me with glowing red eyes. It's strength was surprising and it knocked me backwards. Vulnerable, the creature quickly grabbed the weapon, held it high above him while muttering something unintelligible, and thrust it down. I screamed in pain as the blade tore through my left shoulder. The creature laughed and pulled the weapon out, letting the blood from my body leak onto the ground. it lunged again, but this time I kicked it to the side, allowing me just enough time to pull out my short-sword. It screamed in anger and lunged at me again. I had stood up at this time and was able to dodge the creature's first slash, but the second one got my left eye and the third one cut deep my chest. I fell to one knee ready to die, however something inside allowed me to dodge the creature's finishing blow and strike him square in the heart, if the creature had one. Whatever I had stabbed, the creature disliked it and soon fell to the ground dead. My victory was short lived however as my wounds were fatal. I grabbed the creature's weapon and used it to stand up and limp back out of the cave. With the weapon still in my hand I fell to the ground, left for dead. A strange thing happened though. I felt my soul leaving my body, but before I could ascend to the heavenly realm, a strong force took hold of me and began to speak. It said that it was the demon known as Dark Leviathan and that it dwelled within the weapon I held in my dead corpses hand. The demon bargained with me, saying that it would allow me to live so long as I owned the weapon and allowed for my body to be its vessel. Not wanting to die, I allowed my body to be this demon's vessel and that is how I came to be a demon.
