-Darkness: This one is a greatsword tinted a pitch black. The hilt is covered with black leather and has a spike on the end of it.
-Oracion: This sword used to be Vincent's weapon of choice. Nathan found it next to Charlotte's dead body in the Barren Islands. Holy elemental, can decimate evil spirits and amplify the power of white magic spells.
Armor: A full-body, pitch black armor. The armor has been enchanted by K'Tal so now it has some protection against evil attacks.

Dark Techniques:
Dark Explosion: A concentrated ball of Dark energy that he shoots to the ground and explodes when it's under the target.
Dark Slash: Focuses energy on the greatsword and releases it in one clean move.
Dark Light: He uses the dark powers inside him to shoot black lightning that shocks all opponents.
Dark Bomb: Throws a dark ball that explodes at contact or after a short time.
Dark Shield: The user crosses his arms in a X around his chest, creating a circular barrier around him. The barrier can stand up to 6 mid level spells before dissipating.
Conceal: The user concentrates energy on his hands, then uses the energy to render himself invisible. If he comes in touch with light, though, the effect dissapears. This tech can be sensed by Magic-users.
Black Sword: Nathan throws the Blade of Eternal Darkness to the air, and, manipulating the dark energy around it, covers it until it has the shape of a giant, all-black energy version of it. Then Nathan releases it into the enemies, causing massive dark damage.
Dark Aura: Nathan emmits an aura about him, a near physical presence a bit more powerful than K'Tal's. In trance this becomes really powerful, slowly killing plants and animals within 25 feet, the closer they are to him, the quicker they die. It does not, however, work on any powerful plant or beast.
Demon Arm: Nathan can transform one of his arms into a demon arm, increasing the physical power and resistance of that arm by 50%.
Darkstrike: Nathan concentrates massive amounts of Dark Energy in any of his limbs -usually his right arm- then gives the opponent a powerful punch, either a hook, or an uppercut. These punches carry the strength of 10 ogres and have the break armor/weapon effect, delivering a devastating blow on the opponent.
Empathy: Nathan can sense the feelings of the people around him, particularly the negative ones (anger, sadness, etc.). He can also sense the auras, and can track demonic energies whenever one is near.
Control over Darkness : Nathan can manipulate the threads of darkness that exist everywhere, in persons, animals, things, to do his bidding.
Elemental Sight: Nathan can see the threads of Elemental energies that exist around the world. A power he rarely uses, but worth mentioning cause he taught it to Nicholas.
Dark Absorb: When facing an opponent, Nathan can pull the element of darkness from within them, and absorb it, giving the Oni the ability to morph into that foe without him/her actually being in the battlefield.
Koumajutsu:
Nathan can shape-shift his body into one of a demon, amplificating the power of his dark energy. With the aid of his friend K'Tal, Nathan can shape-shift at will into one of the following demons:

Blood Armor: Armor covered with the blood of the damned, absorbs dark energies, causes protection from evil attacks.

Description: Measures 7’ 4”, very violent, like most Dark creatures presents a weakness to Light attacks. Wears a helmet that covers its face completely.

Class: Hovering mass of evil™.
Weapon: N/A
Armor/Clothing: Cannot be harmed by physical attacks, and shows resistance to magic. Can only be effectively harmed with Light attacks.

See Nathan. Stronger than the Akuma’s.

Changes back to Nathan.
MIMIC:
Can shape-shift its body to imitate the opponent, imitating him/her in detail. The only difference is that the Oni looks like a shadow version of the person it mimicked. (Kinda like Shadow Link from OOT) If the opponent carries a long range weapon, the projectiles are made of Dark Energy, which explode on contact. It can also use all the spells and special attacks the opponent has and use while this is under effect. This only lasts 15 minutes, then Nathan has to rest 10 before summoning again.
Clothing: Depends on the opponent it mimics.

Class: Demon Dragon
Weapon: Claws and fangs
Armor/Clothing: Hard scales cover its body, making it impervious against blade weapons.

Dark Fire: Releases a dark flame from it’s mouth. Causes massive dark/fire damage. Has high probability of causing burn.
Dark Claw: The claws are imbued with dark energy, does dark damage.
Can also use most of Nathan’s Dark Techs.
REVERT: Changes back to Nathan.
Clothing: None.
Eyes: Deep blue
Hair: None
Description: Measures 10 ft. tall, 17 feet long. Weights… a lot. Has an extremely powerful body, and can control a lot of Dark Energy.

Trance: During trance, Nathan changes into one of the most powerful demons in hell, usually under the Berserk effect, attacking everyone he sees, with the exception of K'Tal Teremos, the blood oath, and Dark Charlotte, who emits an aura similar to Nathan's.

Weapon: Weapon of choice is the Darkness blade, can also use ANY kind of bladed weapon.
Armor/Clothing: A full body pitch black armor. Absorbs Dark attacks, halves all other element attacks.

Can use all the dark techs Nathan and the other demons have. Can also use all Dark spells... and then some.
SATAN’S HEAD: Ancient black spell that only the Asura knows. This opens portal to the nether realm, usually four per cast, then hordes of demons come forth, attacking everyone and everything in sight. Deals unbelievable amounts of Dark damage to almost everyone. The only beings not affected by Satan’s head are K’Tal and Charlotte.
Clothing: A full body pitch black armor.
Eyes: Blood red
Hair: Completely white
Description/History:
Measures 6’ 5”, looks exactly like Nathan, with the exception of the hair and eyes. Usually has a calm demeanor, until the time comes to administer the ass kickings. When it starts attacking, it’s ruthless and efficient.

Description: Nathan is 6' 5", and uses his armor almost all the time. Even on really hot days.
History:
Nathan is the son of Vincent Baldwin, the captain of Knights at the service of a King in the Wilderness Continent. He spent almost all his life preparing to be a Knight, and, when he was 17 years old, he joined a group leadered by the king and his father to destroy a group of thieves. There he saw a young girl that was an apprentice to a white mage that was with the thieves, and took her with them. The girl was Minako Kanzaki. Because Nathan was the one that brought her to the castle, he was in charge of taking care she didn't stole anything. Two years later, he was named a Knight, and was given one magicite so he could summon an Esper. He chose Odin.
2 years later, a thief broke into the castle and tried to stole the Royal Collection of Magicite, from wich the King took the Espers that his knights could summon. Nathan catched him, but the thief got away. The King suspected of Nathan and ordered his execution. Vincent then pleaded for his life, and the King agreed to forgive him, but still he was to be punished, so the king exiled Nathan.
After he spent a few months of vaguing around, he fought three bandits in a Bar, and the leader of them, Xiris, also known as the Thief King, saw Nathan's abilities, and took him to their hideout. There, he teached Nathan how to use Dark Techs, and his most trusted man, K'Tal Teremos, became Nathan's best friend in Xiris's army. Nathan didn't recognized him at first, but K'Tal was the thief that tried to steal the Magicite Collection.
Xiris, who was possibly the saddest man that existed in the Forest Continent, discovered an old Black spell that supposedly would make a person with Dark Power transform his body into one of a demon. K'Tal watched as his friend was turned into Akuma. The experiment was a success. Xiris was planning on using the spell on all his men, so he could have an army of demons to destroy the king.
A few days later, Nathan remembered where did he saw K'Tal before. Forgetting that he was his best friend, Nathan, who was resented because the King exiled him for a crime he did not commit, fighted with K'Tal inside the hideout. Xiris tried to stop them, but Shadow's fury maked him reach the limit, and he transformed into Akuma. He killed Xiris, and a good amount of the bandits, before he finished his limit break and fell uncounscious. When he woke up, Nathan saw the place was in ruins, and K'Tal nowhere to be seen. Nathan had spended another year with Xiris and K'Tal.
Nathan decided to become a mercenary, and took the name Shadow. He traveled around the continents, until he met Duncan Fox and his party.
