Princess of Tulutha, Kilai was often taken on trips to Vegeta-sei to trade technology for money and materials not found on their icy planet. She met Vegeta when whe was just about 4 Human years old. They didn't become close friends but considering they were both in royal families it was nice to know someone else of their class and stature. After Vegeta-sei blew up she thought Vegeta was dead. So Kilai went on with her life, learning how to use her Ki and turn it into ice energy. After her 17th birthday her father died and she was set to rule the planet. But with no mate she would not be titled queen until she married. Now she travels the universe making trade agreements and treaties for her people to keep the flow of raw materials coming so her people don't loose their artificial light. Her journey now brings her to Earth.
