Digital Goku's Rules
I have decided that since in Dragonball Z they didn't start out flying and shooting Ki Blast's with eas you must build up your Ki before you gain the ability of the Ki Blast.So..once you get 5,000 Pl you can shoot Ki Blasts,ok sound fair to you...ok good it's not like I'm asking you to be Super Saiyan,lol.That sounds pretty good and original to me.
Do not bugg about updates,I or a Co-Owner will update every day or every other at least
If You threaten to harm the site in any way shape or form,you get a one way ticket to the dead zone.I wont put up with it and if it happens more than once,you're off the site.Also applies if you threaten me (other than Rpg wise,Like hacking my comp,etc.)I may if neccessary not even give you a chance
The picture you have on your stats is the picture I will use,don't e-mail me pics of yourself or anyone else.Unless I ask it of you.
You May only learn one rule at a time and may not train or fight if under a master.
If you ask to be Co-Owner you have about a 1% chance that you will get the job.
If you are a Co-Owner and break any rules,you are off the staff until I see it fit and if you break a bad one you may get a one way ticket to the dead zone.
To travel to a planet you must have a ship,you may not fly.
If you are in the deadzone your character may get picked and you may NOT! train while in there.
You may only have 1 character per HOUSEHOLD NOT SCREEN NAME unless it can be proven it is a brother or sister or something.
If I catch you having more than 1 character you WILL be thrown off the site,I wont deal with that either.
You Must have AOL to join or at the very least AIM,sorry.
You must have at least 1-2 Rpg's worth of experience to join here.I will choose only the one's who choose to stay active and agressive.
You must send at least 2 training's a week at least in this rpg,and that actually isn't that much and if you can't handle that then...sorry you lucked out this time.Try again when you get some more time.
When you join as character you must act like that character.Unless talknig to a staff person about something other than the Rpg.
If you have history of hacking or threatening about it you cannot join.Sorry it's just to be on the safe side.
When I get enough members I wanna start saga type things.Like you when I get a Picollo I wanna have some training then have like a Picollo Saga.Then when I get a Radditz I wanna get some training done then have a Radditz saga and so forth.It aint gotta be like the show though.Goku aint always gotta be the hero and Gohan aint gotta be the first one to go SSJ2 and Goku aint gotta be the first to be SSJ.But as I say,I don't even think about going beyond the normal level.If I do GREAT! if not oh well that's life,ya know.
This I think is a very good rule and if you don't follow it then get the Fu** off my rpg and don't talk to me no more......HAVE AS MUCH FUN AS POSSIBLE.
