oozou-only sayians can turn into this the sayian must have atleast 150,000 pl or if the sayian has the moon projecter- when in oorozu the person gains 100,000 stats-takes 1 week to lern this move
majin-must be evil or neutral to turn majin and must have atleast 100,000pl and 100,000 pl is gained- when majin the person becomes pure evil-takes 2 weeks to become majin
