Rules
Please read the rules on all pages it well help you a lot throughout the RPG.
If you are reduced to 0 HP, you are dead. However if you have PL Sense you can hold back just enough Ki to knock the enemy down to 1 HP. If you reach 0 KI, you are knocked unconscious.
If you die, you are sent to the Next Dimension. You stay here for 2 weeks, then you are brought back to life automatically unless you wish to remain here. While in the Next Dimension, you can train under King Kai (see the training and moves sections). Mechanical Androids cannot go to the Next Dimension, but are brought back after 2 weeks anyways (unless wished back or repaired). Cyborgs can go to the Next Dimension, but they are a full version of their other race and they remain that way even when they are brought back to life. If this does happen, they can learn transformations as normal.
Do not cheat or you will be kicked out of the RPG. Also, do not have more than 1 character because this will also result in you being kicked out of the RPG (but you can restart it with a new character if you do this).
You can give items/money to other members as long as they are on the same planet and dimension as you are.
You can sell items for half it's buying price.
You must post frequently or you will be kicked out of the RPG.
If your looking for Dragonballs, u cannot partake in quests.
Refs decide what happens in a fight concerning damage, turn order etc. All the members have to worry about is what they are going to do in their own turn. In fights, you can charge a specific amount of ki into an attack - this takes up 1 turn to charge and another to attack. Immediate attacks are automatically charged with 100ki. Transformations also take up an entire turn, as do signature moves. You cannot use 2 powerups (e.g. Kaioken + Transformation) at one time.
In spars, refs decide how much stat increases each character gets depending on how hard it was for them and whether they won or not. You can spar with yourself if you have the move 12-Eyes.
You can trade MPs for moves at an amount noted in the moves section
THE GOLDEN RULE! If there isn't any rules for any situation that comes up, either the current ref or Goku will make up rules for that particular situation.
Some made up wishes may only be done with certain Dragonballs because each set have varying powers. On another note, you cannot make up a wish which makes you avoid bad situations (such as in a previous event - wishing for a planet with a barrier which only lowers when you say it can, and which can't be destroyed by any means). With actions come consequences!
Yes, you can have a guardian of a made up planet (using the Dragonballs), and yes, they can make Dragonballs, but only if they are Namekian (and no, you cannot become the guardian and make Dragonballs if you are Namekian or part). To do this, you must get a Namek from New Namek and bring him to your planet.
Instant Translocation IS NOT a "Get out of jail free card". You can't use it to avoid EVERY situation and the ref(s) will decide on when it is suitable to I.T. out of situations.
You cannot just let a Bio-Chemical Android/Majin absorb you. Also, Majins/Bio-Chemical Androids can only absorb once per quest and after every battle.
A little note - Do not join Beebax's team just because he is the owner because he is non-bias when it comes to moderating.
To gravity train on a ship, you must have 1 gravity room per person for each person to gravity train. The only exception to this is Bio-men, who can train in gravity rooms with their masters.
Dragon Points
Dragon Points have been a late addition to the rules of this RPG and will
hopefully make all the members roleplay better to make a much better storyline! Dragon
Points are awarded for good roleplaying (Playing in role), but a member will NEVER be
awarded more than 1 per quest. Also, refs ARE eligable to not award Dragon Points to
members that argue with them alot during quests - what the ref says, goes. You can trade
Dragon Points for double the move points(e.x. You can trade 1 Dragon Points for 2
Move Points etc.). In addition, you can trade Dragon Points for extras, as indicated
below:
1 Dragon Point - Can be traded for an additional 10% increase from any stat increases you get after a battle/spar/quest. You can spend more than 1 Dragon Point doing this on one increase. In this case, the amounts accumilate (3 Dragon Points doing this will give you an additional 30% increase etc.). These amounts also accumilate with Weighted Clothing if you are wearing some.
2 Dragon Points - Can be traded to make you
master a single move that you currently have (excluding signature moves). These moves will
be more effective when you use them. They may take away half the usual ki they take away
per turn or do more damage etc. Mastered moves will appear in WHITE
on your member roster.
MAJINS + BIO-CHEMICAL ANDROIDS - Can upgrade Absorption moves twice. First upgrade puts it
up to 20% increase from those absorbed and move will appear in GREY.
Second upgrade puts it up to 30% increase from those absorbed and move will appear in WHITE.
3 Dragon Points - Can be traded to make a move, which will be added to the moves list. You can choose restrictions and effects of this move (obviously with restrictions if Beebax sees them as too hard). As a bonus, you will automatically gain and master this move.
4 Dragon Points - Can be traded to upgrade an item that you are currently carrying. You can upgrade an item up to twice, and I (Beebax) shall post what specific upgraded items do when they are actually achieved. The first upgrade makes an item "super", and these items appear in BLUE. The second upgrade makes an item "mega", and these items appear in RED.
5 Dragon Points - This is the hardest of hard to get and will take AT LEAST 5 quests to gain WITH good roleplaying. 5 Dragon Points is such a good amount to gain that spending this amount will gain you a unique item (usually a weapon of some kind). Unique items appear in GOLD on your character roster. Unique items are indestructible. You cannot just earn these, however, once spending 5 Dragon Points on a unique item, Beebax will choose an appropriate one for you (giving him a guilt trip usually works to your advantage!). Unique items also have 2 unique moves, which are got via the same way as normal moves, but can only be earnt by someone who holds that specific item. As a way to make you earn these Dragon Points, I will be adding unique items to the list below, including what they do and what unique moves you can get with them. Alternatively, you can trade 5 DPs for a surprise item (usually an upgrade of one of your current items, as long as they aren't uniques). Also, you may carry a maximum of 2 unique items.
