Galaden was only about 7 at the time goku was at the tournament when Tien and Chouzu fought goku for the first time. He was also studying as a
student of the Crane and continued to train for 7 more years till he got tired of his master and went off into the world. He wandered the world for 2 years till he was kidnapped by the remants of the red ribbon army. for 5 years he was held captive though he was not aware of the time that had past. Though one day he woke up finding himself submerged in some kind of liquid tied down in a some stasis container. Screaming in terror he broke free of from it and found his way out of that compound. Now so many years later he wanderers the world trying to findout what exaclty happen to him while he was there. Why he continues to blackout but finds himself somewhere completely different afterwards.
