Training Guild
To Train go into a chat or just do it in an e-mail and e-mail either Teen Gohan or Vegeta the training.You can send in as many as you want per day just as long as you send at least 2 a week it's all good ya see.
Formula we use to add you pl
1 hit,rep,lep=1 Pl gained,it's as easy as that so if you send in 100 hits you get 100 pl and then also if you use any training items we add those too.Oh In the training you must include your name and the tpe of training you did so If I did one it would look like this:

Ways of Training
Shadow Boxing
It's where you attack the air as fast as possible without Copying and Pasting cause that's cheating.Don't worry we can tell.But Anyways you have to do :: before and after each action and then after an action you have to type ::hit:: so if I wanted to punch someone I would type ::punch:: ::hit:: and you can only do one action per line.
EXAMPLE:
::punch::
::hit::
::kick::
::hit::
See it's pretty easy and spelling don't matter as long as it's close.(good to gain speed)
Weight Lifting
There's also weight lifting,where you take any kind of weight set and any amount of lbs (it don't matter you don't gain more pl if you use more weight,it's all the same) and you ::curl:: and then you count them.
EXAMPLE:
::picks up curling bar::
::curl::

::curl::
2
See it's as easy as that and you don't have to put :: around the numbers.(good for gaining endurance)
Other
You can also do other thing like: Swimming laps,running laps,walking laps etc
Just make sure you use :: around the action and hits and then count 'em if you do any kind of laps.(good to gain stamina)
Sparring
There's also Sparring,we you and a buddy fight each other but first you power down to 1 pl,so you don't hurt any one.
EXAMPLE:
Goku: ::powers down to 1 pl::
Vegeta: ::powers down to 1 pl::
Goku: ::punch::
Vegeta: ::punch::
Goku: ::hit::
Vegat: ::hit::
So basically all you do is attack each other as fast as you can.(also good to gain speed)
Fighting
To Fight you do the same thing only it's not training and you don't power down you just attack your opponant with speed,skill and everything you got to beat them.Just don't chet cause cheating is most definately not gonna help you get better.That's what these methods of training are for to help You not us.We want you to be in the best shape of your life.
