After about Kaioken x10, you can go to any further kaioken levels. Each Kaioken after x10 is another 2,000 pl requirement and each Kaioken level is its own multiplier. It does not mulitply power to ki attacks, but to physical attacks. After x10, you may only remain in that form for 5 turns. After that, you will immediately die.
Spirit bomb/Genki Dama
Summon all the life force of Earth to form a ball of energy. If you're on Earth, you will get the most power out of a Genki Dama rather than the moon or Dark Star. Diamond Star doubles the power to your Genki Dama since the planet is rich with life force. Here are the charge ups. When you use energy for the Genki Dama, you will not draw energy out of your own ki bar. Instead, a new one will be made for you. You'll have two ki bars. One for your own ki use, and one for spirit bomb damage. The Genki Dama bar has equal ki points of your regular ki meter, and charging up will depend on the X-ki of the power of the blast. You MUST use all the energy in that bar, and it takes 1 full day to repower the lifeforce meter(unless you have a senzu). There is no requirement to learn this attack. If you charge it beyond 10 turns, your hand will blow up and the damage will be done to you! So DON'T BE STUPID! Takes one full turn to charge up for a basic Genki dama. Charging up longer is only optional.

Galaxy Spirit Bomb
You must be a god or at 1 billion to learn or use this attack
Your Genki Dama this time is a little different from the previous Genki Dama. You not only draw energy from this planet, but from others from the far reaches of the galaxy. The ball of energy is about the size of New York, so only a god can handle it. Like I said, its a little different, not only how its power is being drawn, but also by the ki meter for the damage of this attack. The damage is being drawn yet again from another premade ki bar. The ki meter for this one will fuel the damage for this attack. The ki meter is about 100x your own. And here's a chart for the charge ups. There are 3 turns to charge up at max, because there isn't that much energy to go around and not even a god could handle that much power ontop of his palms. The charge up will be the X-ki. You must use ALL the energy in the Genki dama meter, and it will take about a week or two before it fully recharges again.
