BANK- The Bank is where you put your money. With your money in the bank you can't get it stolen. It aslo gains 5 % intrest every Wednesday day. To put money in the bank E-mail me telling how much. And to take money out do the same thing.

Important Events
Universal Independance Day- the day Delphian was defeated by the S-Senshi, the Saiya-jins, and the Purl-jins. A huge tournament is held in the new Vegeta Battle Stadium.
Ultimate Fighting Tournament- A special tournament held once every 5 years. Only fighters who reached rank S in the Battle Area can participate in it. Prizes of this tournament are Tripled.
Universal Meeting- Meeting between planets under the Universal Union to discuse important events. One meeting every month, more if necesary. The Meeting is held on different planets of the Union.
Tournaments-Tournaments are things that happen every once and a while. There are a few things that you should know about tournaments.
1. No Weapons or Items Allowed.
2. No Killing
3. no Stealing
4. You can knock your opponent out of the ring. To knock them out roll 1d10 after your attack. Get a 9 or a 10 and you knock them out. But their HP must be less than 1/4 of their max.
5.You can stop your self from being knocked out by rolling 1d10 after you opponent gets a 9 or a 10 on their roll. If you get a 9 or a 10 you save your self.
6. Have fun.
7. Don't Break the rules.
Prizes- These are the prizes you get. Third and forth place shall be determined.
First place- gets 1,500
Second gets- 1,000
Third gets- 500
Forth- 100
Role Playing
Roleplaying is what you do to somewhat more the story along. roleplaying is the main concept of RPGs if you dont know what dont ask me. ROle Playing will get you some Exp but not much.
Special Items
You can gain Special Items that can not be bought at the Store. You will most likly gain these Items before a saga, during a saga, Or after a Saga. These items might have rescrtions to them.
Super Forms
Everyone has Super Forms. Supr Forms are Transformations that make you more powerful during battle. An Example of a Super Form is Super Saiyan. Instead of Listing all of the Levels for each race and how much each adds i am giving you a choice. All you have to do is send me a list of the Names of Each Super form you want. You ca have a total of five. He is an Example of what your should send me.

Super Form 4-Super Saiyan 4
Note: There is no such thing as Super Saiyan 5. Nameks get one super form after fusing with at least 5 nameks(nameks read Fusion Below)
Fusion
There are a few differnt types of Fusion in this RPG.
Namek Fusion-Nameks can fuse with one another to make one of them more powerful. Most Nameks that live on Planet Namek have a PL of 100,000. Nameks can fuse with a total of fifteen Nameks that live on Namek, The only restriction is you cant do them all at once you can only do 5 a month.
Fusion Dance- The Fusion dance is a dance that makes you fuse if done corectly. When you do the Fusion dance with someone you add your PL's together. The Fusion dance only last 30 minutes and when that time is up it cant be done again for an hour. There are a Few restrictions to the Fusion Dance. One is each person's PL must be withen 100,000 of each other, If they are not that close one must power down to meet their partners power.They must be the same gender. And must be near the same size.
Fusion Rings- The Fusion rings can be bought at the Store. When wore by two people they fuse. The Fusion adds their two power levels together. The Fusion lasts until the rings are taken off.
