Description-The Volkains are usually extremely fast or smart, but a single well placed blow will usually take one down and out. They are usually tend to be tall and thin, looking much like a human until you get to their back. The Volkains, or Winglies as they are usually called, have bird like wings on their back, giving them the appearance of an angel. The Winglies are said to be masters at manipulating ki, but this has yet to be proven. Only a few hundred Volkains are left, and most dwell on a small planet close to planet Vegeta called Gustus.
History-One of the first planets the Saiya-jin empire took over, since it was so close to their home world of Vegeta. The Volkains couldn't put up a decent fight, being much weaker then the Saiya-jins, but some managed to hide underground, waiting for the Saiya-jins to leave. Before Freiza and his army could come and settle their armies on the planet someone named Gokou defeated the Cold Prince, and the Winglies planet was never bothered again by invading forces. They slowly began rebuilding their planet, and even more slowly began to repopulate their world.
Advantages-The Volkains are very smart, which gives them a slight edge if they run into trouble.
-They are also very tall, which may intimidate others around them.
Disadvantages-The Volkains are very weak, and try to avoid fights as much as possible.
Special Notes:
-Most of the time they will try to hide their wings, wearing large coats or capes.
-It is unknown if they can power up to any super forms. Since they rarely fight, no one has ever seen anything beyond the normal stage.
