(Note: The first 3 Paragraphs are the Normal Saiyan story line, but hey; there may be info there you never knew.)
There was a race of beings called the Tsufuru-Jin who where basically a very technologically advanced version of humans, this race shared the Planet Plant (Old Vegeta) with the Saiya-Jin (a barbaric and incredibly strong race with monkey like tails), and although weaker than the Saiya-Jin, the Tsufuru-Jin kept them at bay with their advanced technology such as the Scouters and Blasters. They were also the inventors of the Space pods, which Saiyans and other races currently use for interstellar travel. The Tsufuru-Jin were wiped out when a full moon appeared on Planet Plant, allowing the Saiya-Jins to go Oozeru (A gigantic monkey form with tremendous power) and destroyed the Tsufuru-Jin.
The Saiyans went to all the remaining cities on Planet Plant and killed the last of the Tsufuru-Jin, renaming the planet-Planet Vegeta after their leader King Vegeta. But there was a problem, without the Tsufuru-Jin to fight anymore the Saiyans had to fight with each other, so they took the technology found in Tsufuru-Jin labs and made space vessels; although they couldn't travel very far. After a while, a race of beings called Arconians talked to the Saiyans and made deals with them; that the Saiyans would be their muscle traveling from planet to planet in space pods wiping out all intelligent life on the planets so they can be sold in exchange for technology, armor, and some other assorted things. So the Saiyans would send their infants to planets without powerful fighters like Earth, and send their warriors to planets with strong resistances.
One day, Lord Freeza, the person who was in charge of the planet trading business realized that the Saiyans where becoming too strong and where becoming a threat to his authority. So Freeza summoned Prince Vegeta who was around 5 years old at the time and sent him and the general of the Saiyan army, Nappa along with a small handful of Saiyans to an extremely dangerous planet. King Vegeta in learning this grew furious, so he took some of his top men who where some of the strongest in the universe and went on a mission to kill Freeza. When they arrived Freeza killed the Saiyans alone with King Vegeta, shortly after, Freeza left his ship and blew up Planet Vegeta with one devastating blow.
On Freeza's ship, King Vegeta had not died yet, though he in fact was dieing, so through his scouter he sent a message to Prince Vegeta telling him about Freeza's evil and all he has planed and that Freeza had in fact blew up planet Vegeta. Vegeta, Nappa, and the others returned to Freeza who had told them that a series of asteroids had collided with planet Vegeta. Vegeta sent the next couple of years working under Freeza and training to become stronger. Vegeta and the other Saiyans left later left Freeza and restarted a new Planet Vegeta in the West Galaxy in hopes of someday taking revenge at Freeza having known the horrible thing that Freeza has done.
The first steps, regaining the Saiyan Race, getting all the inhabitance that where sent to other planets and that where off on missions at the time of Planet Vegeta's demise. For the next couple of months, Saiyans where traveling all over the North, South, East, and West Galaxies getting back the members of the Saiyan race as well as anyone who wanted to live on Planet Vegeta.
While Gathering Saiyans and other races to come to the new Planet Vegeta, Camella, King Vegeta’s sister got sucked through a black hole. 3 Years later a Namekian appeared on Planet Vegeta holding a baby, that baby was a Human/Saiyan. That Namekian’s name was Piccolo, Piccolo in formed Prince Vegeta that the baby that he has brought was non-other then Camella’s son. Piccolo told Vegeta that by going through the black hole that it brought Camella to another dimension where she fell in love with a man named Brian Simpson. At first Vegeta discarded the outrageous story but asked to see the baby, upon receiving the baby from Piccolo Vegeta immediately saw the Royal Saiyan necklace once owned by Camella around Brian’s neck.
Piccolo then told Vegeta that in his dimension the universe is constantly under attack by the Tsufuru-Jin as well as many other races. That Brian and Camella both gave their lives to save the child. The child didn’t even have a name yet but was given the name Brian after his father.
While Piccolo went through a black whole to Bring Brian to Planet Vegeta, Piccolo was followed by Tsufuru-Jin who are now spreading out through the whole galaxy plotting on the new Planet Vegeta. Piccolo has dedicated his life to be the Guardian of the new Vegeta and has created a new set of Dragon Balls in hopes to help take care of the Tsufuru-Jin. First they tried to wish for the Tsufuru-Jin to be closed behind the black hole, but because the black hole in on another dimension the Dragon couldn’t do anything. So Vegeta wished for time to train before the Tsufuru-Jin arrived, so the dragon put a barrier around Planet Vegeta.
20 years later… The Barrier slowly disappears into nothing… Planet Vegeta is no longer protected by the Dragon, now the fate of Planet Vegeta resides in the hands of it’s inhabitance.
