Conduct:
The guild serves the purpose of providing an enjoyable enhancement to Everquest. Each member will act in a respectful manner to all other members. Members are not required to be the best of friends but are required to respect, aid and look out for each other. Grudges will not be tolerated and any disputes will be solved. Hopefully any disputes can be settled between the affected parties quietly and between themselves as adults. Any dispute, that cannot be resolved in this manner will be taken to the Darkmoons Council. The involved parties are to take responsibility to involve the council . No member will abuse another member in any way. General overuse of profanity in guild chat and group chat or direct tells, unwanted suggestive comments, begging, etc. is considered abuse.

You are responsible for everything that your character does regardless of whether or not you are the actual person playing that character at the time. Your character is a member of our guild and that will be seen. Any abuse will be reported immediately to a member of the Council and said Council member is to deal with the matter in a timely manner.


Loot rules:
Loot and lotto in camps and XP groups are handled by the discretion of the group. It is strongly suggested for the well being of a group to identify loot rules up front of a camp. Group leaders should also sign responsible to inform every person joining the group of the used loot method. For everyone joining an existing group it should not be a problem to ask for the loot method used rather than having a discussion afterwards.

For groups within Darkmoons the most logical loot method should be ?need before greed?. Present usable and most needing classes should be first to lotto for any times. The guild also hopes that any non-usable items will be considered for fellow guild members for purchase or gift.

All major loots on guild events, god loots and quest armor will be decided by an officer. All other loots will be divided and lottoed by who can use and need.

Trial Member Rules:

As a trial member there are some rules that you must adhere to these are :

1. When you log on Please say Hello to the Guild, this get the full members to know who you are, and what you are about, its also friendly to do so.

2. Loot will only be give to a trial member on raids if, no full member wants said loot and you are present on said raid.

3. Please listen to what officers tell you and try to comply with this. I.e. if you are asked to stay in a particular place during a pull, do so, if you are asked to shrink please do so, etc.

4. Trail periods are not a set length, and depend on how often you are on and participate in guild activities. Where possible, try to join a guild group, so full members get to know you and how you play.

Resist Gear :

Having resist gear is getting important as higher you get in lvl, if we go for Dragons and do Planes resist gear is needed also we going to start fighting in NToV and one of the important things is to have high resist !
I expect anyone to have at least 100 CR/FR/MR unbuffed !

If you need resist gear talk to Xyfl he can do it for you but you need to bring gems and metal bars or you can buy from guild for the price of the material !

Blue Diamond resist gear :
depends on what it is has resist to all , available are
Bracer , Head , Earrings, Neck

Diamond Resist gear:
Diamond Rings resist all 8
Gold diamond mask
Electrum diamond mask
