Guild Ranks

The Initiates are new members to the guild, no matter the level. To climb into true membership of the guild, the Initiates must use the toon. The more frequent a new member is on line, the more attendance points they can earn. Also helping the guild and its members, will  gain other type of points. Once an Initiate earn enough they will be promoted into the rank of Member.

**Above all, be friendly, and diplomatic at all times.

The Member is simply that, a true member of the guild. They have full right to use  the guild bank for loans, and items. We highly encourage you to talk and get to know the other members of the guild. The more your known in a positive manner, the more your likely to gain aid from them as needed. If you need help, don't be shy, ... ask, but also never forg4et those that might need help from you.

Moving up in rank here, is the same as above., the more frequent you are on, the more points, as well as the more you help the guild  and it's members.

**Above all, be friendly, and diplomatic at all times.

The Veteran is a member that's been with us for some time. They have earned the the respect of the guild, and gained the trust and rights to be able to recruit and invite new members to the guild.

Moving up in ranks from here on changes very much. No longer can pure attendance help you move up, but how much you give and help the guild, in teaming together, coming to the aid of lower level members, (no matter the guild rank), offering information or giving needed items to each other, joining in  activities, donations and much more. Basically the more you are known by the guild, and  respected as a member is how high you can reach from here on.

* Duties are not expected of someone but asked of. We understand that this is a game for fun, and not work. If you can help at any given time, we will be grateful, but we do NOT expect you to stop what you are doing unless it is your own choice. We have created these "duties" so everyone knows what their higher ranks mean that they can do for the guild.

An officer's duties are to help keep an eye on things that are happening within the guild, (example: who's helping someone in the guild, items or info, who's teaming with members to help them out, or let us know if someone is not acting in a proper manner that will miss represent us, or upsetting other members, or one of greed, always taking without giving), and report it to any of the council or above.

**Above all, be friendly, and diplomatic at all times.

A council member's duties are to help keep an eye on things  as well. And to add activity marks in the officer's notes when noted or given reports. (See key below) Also if no High council or the guild master is on at the time, it is the council members that are in charge. They are asked to please report anything they feel is important to High Council or Guild  Master.

**Above all, be friendly, and diplomatic at all times.

The High Council member's duties are the same as above. The High council is just as much in charge of all things dealing with the guild as the Guild Master, unless the Guild master herself has a dispute with the issue at hand.  If at all possible, the high ranks will meet and make a final decision. This guild is a team, a family and not a monarchy. :-)

**Above all, be friendly, and diplomatic at all times.

The guild Master's duties are the same as above.  It is her duty to also keep up with the web page, the Forum, Bank, and mark attendance marks to the officer notes, and to not have a life! LOL! If anything big comes up, if at all possible, the high ranks will meet and make a final decision. This guild is a team, a family and not a monarchy. :-)  If the time comes that the Guild Master is thought to be unable to do her duties to the expectations of the guild, she will step down, and the guild can place a new leader.

The guild  bank, (HoELBank) is simply an un-played toon created and maintained by the Guild master. This bank holds all guild funds and items donated by guild members. To be used when needed for items and funds by eligible member's requests to the bank or Guild Master. In person or by letters.
