Their Story
Gohan and Videl first meet when he starts attending Orange Star High School in Satan City. He ends up in class with Videl who is revealed to him as the daughter of Mr. Satan and the local pseudo-law enforcement. This turns into a problem when Gohan uses his power to go SSJ and take care of some criminals. Not wanting to attract attention as a half-alien, he dons the Great Saiyaman disguise and begins to fight crime in Satan City. Videl is upset that someone stronger has taken her job, so she vows to reveal Saiyaman's identity. Once she learns that he's Saiyaman, she promises to keep the secret if he'll teach her to fly. After numerous lessons on energy focus and flight, Videl meets the family and Chi Chi asks about marriage plans, Gohan freaks out. At the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai (World's Strongest Tournament or however they dubbed it), Videl enters along with the rest of the crew, but is beaten by Supopo-Bitchi (Spopovich) and Gohan rushes her to get treatment. Mr. Satan doesn't exactly take well to his daughter being taken care of by another guy and remarks that anyone who's interested in Videl has to be stronger than he is. Videl later assumes the role of Great Saiyaman2 for one episode of the Z series and in movie 13 to help Gohan fight as Great Saiyaman. After the whole Majin Buu fights and such, Gohan and Videl finally realize their love for each other and get married. In GT, Gohan has given up fighting and taken a normal 9-5 job as a businessman (guess all Chi Chi's studying paid off in the end), Videl is a housewife more or less. They have one daughter named Pan and in the final GT episode, it is revealed that Pan has a grandchild (Goku Jr.) meaning that Gohan and Videl become great-grandparents.
Real Encounters
You never really SEE anything...their relationship is implied by blushing, nervous gestures, loving gazes, teamwork, and of course, Pan. It's no secret that they're married in GT, nor is it that they had Pan together. But as for on screen action, there is none...any serious romantic gestures are left up to the viewers' minds.

Actually, this is more of my list of things that could happen between the two or commonly used props/ideas/scenes found in Gohan/Videl fandom...may be good plot devices for any Gohan/Videl fanfic writers out there, lol.
