She was born thirty-five years prior in the City of Ar; the daughter of a man of the Caste of Warriors and his free companion whom was also of the Caste. Although her mother died when she was but two years of age, she was given a splendid childhood filled with happiness and splendor, living the majority of it in the Tabidian Tower District of Ar with all the other children of high station.

When she was eighteen years old her Father arranged for her Companionship to a Warrior of Treve, though mortal enemies with the City of Ar, the man of Treve was of high station in his City, En'Sword, and her Father, wanting only the best for his beloved daughter, gave his good blessings to she and the Warrior.

Before they were companioned her Father was mortally wounded, able to make it back to the cylinder before his death. The Physicians did everything they could and he died in his daughter's arms. Upon hearing this the Trevian Warrior came to claim his Lady and did so, taking her from Ar to Treve. They were to be companioned on the first day of the first hand in the twelth month.

That was not to be so. One hand before their ceremony was to take place he was killed in a raid leaving her alone in Treve knowing noone save her head guard. Devastated beyond imaginaton at the loss of her Father and Intended the woman sought shelter and reclusiveness in the House where her Intended had once lived. Ryan Blackheart, upon hearing the news of the new Lady in Treve took her in as his own, keeping guardianship over her entirely for ten years. Her childhood friend and head guard Tellius was also there. He had vowed to her Father that he would protect her with his life.

Years passed and the feelings Tellius once felt for Claudia blossomed into something more and he finally asked for her hand in Companionship. She agreed and they were companioned. Nothing came from that companionship and left untouched and once more alone, Tellius left her service and travelled elsewhere; she knows not where.

During the ten years under the guardianship of Ryan Blackheart she petitioned to raise Caste with the High Council of Treve. It was granted and she is now of the Caste of Scribes, actively practicing and currently the personal Scribe to the Ubar of Treve, Cain Atreides. The En'Sword of Treve, Talon Mace, took her in as his ward and she resides with he and his companion, the Lady Kerina of Treve, in the House Voltai Viktel.

Sometime in the month of Camerius the Lady received word that there was to be war between the Cities of Ko-ro-ba and Ar, her former home. She worried now for the safety of her Estates, the house crafted by her father. She petitioned to the High Council of Treve and the Ubar to be allowed to go to the Estates and oversee the transport of well over one hundred tarns. Not receiving it, a warrior of Treve, Kajin, or Larl as everyone called him, volunteered to oversee the project for her and she agreed. After the war settles, she plans to sell the land and Estates, letting go of a memory.

With her tarns transported safely to Treve she rested easy, going about her daily business as the Ubar's Scribe in which the insufferable lout flooded her with work which she gladly accepted and did, feeling bored and irritable when there was none. She found she enjoyed speaking to him in the privacy of the Offices and the more she spoke to him the more she determined he was not only an insufferable lout, as Kerina said all men are, but also very handsome in her eyes. She kept her feelings to herself except to all but one, having grown quite attached and protective of the Ubar, Cain, though she dared not tell anyone.

As of late, there have been many sleepless nights worrying about him, hoping that he had eaten dinner or wondering if he had scrolls that needed to be worked on, just simply to get her mind off of her inner thoughts. There were some nights where she left the privacy of the House and went for walks, always ending up in the same place, at the Central Cylinder in her office where she would check for work that needed to be done. Sometimes in finding none she would finish what little sleep she could steal with her head down on her desk on crossed arms in her office; she was seriously contemplating having a cot brought into her office so that she could sleep.

In the end there was no denying the simple fact; she had begun to care for him, despite her efforts not to...

Hours turned into days...days into hands and what she had denied for so long became a reality and something she could deny no longer. She cared for him, and deeply, moreso than she could put into words. Upon speaking to Talon one night, her guardian, she was told that someone had asked permission to court her though he would not tell her whom. She asked if it had been the Ubar and Talon told her it could be one of two people, making her frantic. How could she be with anyone else when she cared for him almost so much that it hurt? She was in a state of emotional turmoil and the Ubar saw her that night, puzzled at why she was acting like she was. He left angry and it was that night she wrote to him, leaving a sealed letter upon his desk, confessing her feelings for him. His feelings mirrored her own and he confessed to her that it had been him that had asked Talon to court her. Together they awaited his answer which came nearly a hand later; yes...

Nearly five months later they were joined in free companionship in a large festival of sorts. She was absolutely exhuberant and radiant and she drank with him the wine of free companionship and after the ceremony, unable to wait; he swept her into his arms and whisked her away to his tarn, taking off into the skies above Treve, her robes and veils cast off and left to flutter down upon the City below, the citizens well aware of the fate of their Ubara.

Time passed so quickly, so wonderfully and with each passing day the Ubara grew deeper in love with her Ubar. Within two months of their date of Free Companionship the two learned that Claudia indeed carried his child. With each passing hand she grew heavier with the first child of their union and on the fourth day of the fourth hand in the month of Se'Kara she gave birth to Joran Mikeal Atreides; the son of the Ubar of Treve.

Months passed and still her feelings grew with each passing day... at night when she drifted off to sleep she thought simply that she couldn't fall anymore in love with him than she already was, yet when she awakened the next morning and looked at him as he slept she knew she loved him even more than she did when she had drifted into pleasant dreams. Nearly a year after their son Joran was born they learned she again carried his child. Everything progressed as was typical yet when her date of birth arrived and passed they knew something was wrong. Coupled with her grieving over the loss of a Rarius, Ka'jin Tre'shan, whom she considered a brother, she went overterm and was forced on bedrest. Refusing to miss his pyre she went into labor days later and gave birth to the Ubar's second son, Ka'jin Xanos, named in memory of their fallen friend.

Time went on still and Treve grew and prospered during their reign as Ubar and Ubara. Cain, deciding for a time it was in the City's best interest retired from the Ubarate and passed it to Aran Lassiter so that he could spend and devote time to his family. Aran disappearing suddenly left the City in an uproar and after being asked by the High Council of Treve, Cain once more wore the purple mantle of the Ubarate, Claudia at his side. Nearly a year after Ka'jin was born, having proper time to heal a mistake was made. The Lady Bethany, the Ubar and Ubara's personal physician had received a shipment of slave wine, sweetened for free women yet there was a labelling mistake and what Beth had truly give Claudia and several other free women of Treve had been breeding wine and once more the Ubar and Ubara found they were expecting. Completely excited by the news, Cain swept her into his arms yet because of the problems surrounding her last pregnancy, he made her promise she would limit her activities and rest more, to which she did. Together they await.

The Lady Talena Ra'idah Atreides was born and left Claudia with great sickness. Less than a hand after she was born Claudia was sent to the City of Ar to receive more advanced medical care. While she was there skirmishes broke out between Ar and Treve and her Arian physicians, fearing for her safety and their own, moved her to the City of Ko-ro-ba to finish her healing. Once she was fully healed she returned to Treve to find her companionship expired, which had been expected. Also, she much more hand changed since her departure, Cain, thinking her dead when no word was sent from the Physicians, began to court another, and so the Lady's story continues.

Her Home Stone, her children and her Caste are the center of her world; she is exquisitely happy.
