Hey this is Chibi Vegeta and this is the attacks and training list. This tell you what the attacks are, how much damage they do, how much ki they cost and who teaches you them. If you want any of these moves you have to train for them with the creator of the move. Everyone starts with punch/kick and ki blast. Every person has at least one special move. You can only learn your special. each special takes ten days to learn.

Use: What ever your base pl is cut it in half and add back to your base pl. There are only a few people that can learn this within 14 days. If your not one of the few then it takes 28. Or can be unlocked in an invasion while one of your friends or family members are being injured or killed and you are helpless to do any thing. and the time to learn this move cant be reduce with the book of moves, must be learn in the amount of time given on the attack.
