(A mixed combo of either blue/white, blue/green, or blue/yellow)

Canine Species: Appenzell Mountain Dog

The Weathers live deep within valleys and canyon, their favorite dwelling being the Grand Canyon itself. Weathers are also a friendly breed but would be the most willing to aid thoes with a good cause with a war should one come. They are heavy on the trade business and will sometimes run guided tours of their vast homes. They are skilled sculptors, and are one of the few races that will sale products made of the rarest stones and sculpted structures. They also live -within- the very rock surfaces that form the valleys themselves, most having dug out self-made caves long ago.

What they look like:

Unlike their two previous cousins, Weathers tend to be larger and more well muscled of build, with large paws meant for trudging over rocky surfaces with. They have smallish, round ears almost appearing lion-like in formation. They also have thicker coats and tougher skin, as to avoid being cut up in their rough territories.

General Abilities: They can manipulate any and all forms of weather caused disasters, or well welcomed occurrences they please. They can also solidify clouds as they please and use them to irritate the enemy by turning them into itchy balls of fluff, or tickly balls of fluff. They like their other cousins can also acquire:
