Stefen is 5’8’’ and weight 140, he also does not have any hair because he has a disease that cause he hair to never grow back. He is also very tough and well build he work out every day.  

Stef also has a scar on his shoulder from when he was involved in a Police Brawl in LA.  

Wardrobe (What kind of clothing does your character prefer to wear): Stefen wear blue jeans and a white tank top, when he is not in uniform. When he is working out Stefen wears a battle dress uniform, black boot and a cap he also carry his two guns in their holster off- and on- duty.  

Personality: Stefen is very friendly to everyone he meet and he trust everyone. Stefen also has a bad temper when the lives off those that he knows are at stake. Stefen gives everyone he meets respect and expect the same.  

Fears: Failing in everything, not being able to help.

History :Stefen was born in 1969 to John and Sara Moss, Stefen parents were killed in the Line of duty because there were Vice Officer. Stefen was left an orphan he was adopted by two officers that knew his parents. Stefen adopted parent raised him like their own son.  

When Stefen graduated from High School he went in to the Maryland State Police force. While on the force Stefen learned of an Island call Carson Bay. He heard it was the best place in the ocean. After Ten years on the Maryland State Police Force Stefen transferred Miami Police Department. It was there that Stefen heard about Carson Bay again. After being on the MPD for six year Stefen transferred to Carson Bay.  

At Carson Bay Stefen began to meet new people now he want to leave the Island and that might be a problem.
