Lucas Valentine

Born into the seedy underworld of Bethal Green, a division of New Borough inside London, Lucas grew up in a large, tight knit family with more then their fare share of problems. Money was tight, but they always seemed to have enough. In fact, when times were good, more then enough. Lucas was learning the family trade of course, mostly armed robbery and mugging. He was a rising local figure in the boxing circuits in the years leading up to 1982, when he murdered his first victim. While at first the police turned a blind eye, his growing body count began to smell. He was soon being hunted all over England, until 1992 when he escaped to the united states. He lived for a time in New York City, then Detroit, and lastly Florida. By 1996, he had killed almost 30 people. He then escaped the states to Glasgow, Scotland, where he was arrested and tried. The United States extradited him for the murders within the American borders, but the plane went down on the way to Florida. He hasn't been seen sense, and is presumed dead.
