Chancellor [ Xaiver Varilas ] The Chancellor writes the forum rules and updates the charter as needed. It is also his duty to monitor the forum Executives and how they operate out of character and in character. At all times the Chancellor will have full control over the Executive when it comes to dismissing members for unjust actions. Discussion of new ideas with the President and Vice President are also attributes of the Chancellor President [ Open ] The President decides what members and/or guilds/clans will be coming and leaving Archison Inc. When a member and/or guild/clan is accepted the President sends a specific document to the person or guild commander(s) stating their welcome as well as stating instructions as to what they are to do from then on. Vice Preisdent [ Open ] The Vie President is in charge of hiring and training new Directors. It is the duty of the Vice President to hire reliable people that will perform their assignments daily as well as help their fellow forum members in learning the rules and regulations by which we operate. The Vice President have control over dismissing Directors who are not upholding a respective status on Archison Inc.'s Board of Directors. At any time the Vice President may dismiss members of the Board of Directors [with the exception of the Chancellor and President] for reasons he/she finds necessary. The Vice President aids the President in proclamating new laws and ways of enforcing them. He/She is responsible for finding out what needs to be modified in the forum rules and regulations, bringing it to the attention of the Chancellor so the proper adjustments can be made to the charter. The Vice President also personifys the Grand Judges when it comes to settling matters in a discussion or dispute. Director of Assassins [ Open ] The Director of Assassins will be required to keep record of all people who have earned their assigned numbers for performing legal assassination attempts. All people who are given numbers must have proved that they know how the operation of an assassination works and how it is proctored. Training, brief newsletters, and counseling are all aspects of this job. It is also the duty of the director to issue out contracts and contract ID#'s to those wishing to perform an assassination attempt. These contracts are only for records keeping and almost any reason goes for an assassination. Director of FreeLancers [ Open ] The Director of FreeLancers is in charge of freelance acceptances, keeping an updated roster, processing logs and receipts, training, counseling, and making sure that the spar approvers are keeping up on things. It is also the duty of the Director to make sure that the freelance roster is being sent to the Chancellor at least twice a month for charter updating. The Director must also inform freelancers upon joining that they are granted 1 free enhancer [+1 damage] and that they will need to contact the Chief Justice with their freelance acceptance notice in order to recieve their welcoming gift. Director of Healers [ Open ] The Director of Healers will be required to keep record of all people who have earned their assigned numbers for performing legal healing or ressurrection attempts. All people who are given numbers must have proved that they know how the operations of healing/ressurrection works and how they are proctored. Training, brief newsletters and counseling are all aspects of this job. Director of Kidnappers [ Open ] The Director of Kidnappers will be required to keep record of all people who have earned their assigned numbers for performing legal kidnapping attempt. All people who are given numbers must have proved that they know how the operation of kidnapping and how it is proctored. Training, brief newsletters, and counseling are all aspects of this job. Director of Priest/ess [ Open ] The Director of Priest/ess will be required to keep record of all people who have earned their assigned numbers for performing legal marriage or any other cerimony. All people who are given numbers must have proved that they know how the operations of preforming a marriage or any other cermony and how they are proctored. Training, brief newsletters and counseling are all aspects of this job. Director of Slavers [ Open ] The Director of Slavers will be required to keep record of all people who have earned their assigned numbers for performing legal slaving attempts. All people who are given numbers must have proved that they know how the operation of slaving works and how it is proctored. Training, brief newsletters, and counseling are all aspects of this job. Director of Thiefs [ Open ] The Director of Thiefs will be required to keep record of all people who have earned their assigned numbers for performing legal thieving attempts. All people who are given numbers must have proved that they know how the operation of thieving works and how it is proctored. Training, brief newsletters, and counseling are all aspects of this job. Chief Justice [ Open ] The Chief Justice will be required to keep a weapons charter; however, we will not send one out by mail. Instead we will be putting all registered enhancers onto the Archison Inc. bullentin board [website]. All updated charters will be sent to the Chancellor, President and Vice President so that all can update their files and the charter can be adjusted accordingly. The Chief Justice can e-mail all registered weapons owners newsletters, ads, guidelines and instructions on enhancers. This will help promote the buying/using/selling of enhancers in Archison Inc. The Chief Justice is also responsible for any judical paperwork that needs to be handled. This means anything that needs to be taking into the court system, or new partners being introduced into Archison Inc. Grand Jury [ Executives and Board of Directors ] It is the responsibility of the Executives and Board of Directors to judge anyone that needs to be judged within the judical system of Archison Inc. Attorneys [ Open ] Attorneys are responsible for defending their client according to the judical system of Archison Inc. Chief Warden [Head Executioner] [ Open ] The Chief Warden is in charge of assigning a proper form of execution for any character that is charged and proven guilty of a crime. Wardens are sometimes used for performing acts of assassination in order to eliminate possible threats to any member of Archison Inc. The Chief Warden is in charge of validating execution logs as well as issuing out receipts for those logs that are validated as legal. Assistant Warden [Executioner] [ Open ] The Assistant Warden assist the Chief Warden in assigned tasks like assassinations, executions, threats, collections, and so forth. All Wardens are to work on their combat tactics perfecting them with or without the use of additives like enhancers or elementals. It is also a big bonus to have a character with high experience so the tasks of being a Warden are more able to be accomplished. Assistant Warden [Executioner] [ Open ] The Assistant Warden assist the Chief Warden in assigned tasks like assassinations, executions, threats, collections, and so forth. All Wardens are to work on their combat tactics perfecting them with or without the use of additives like enhancers or elementals. Dice Warden [ Xaiver Varilas ] The Dice Warden is in charge of assigning audits to the auditing staff, making sure that each auditor is performing the audits correctly when compared to the rules of the forum. The Dice Warden must keep an eye out for any person claiming d90 in Archison Inc. who is not listed on the d90 charter. The Dice Warden must inform as many people he/she can that Archison Inc. does not accept dice transfers or logs using dice other than what was assigned to them in Archison Inc. The only LOGS or RECEIPTS that we will accept are those specifically done in and for Archison Inc. alone. If someone joins Archison Inc. and says that they have hundreds of logs, you must explain to them that those are useless in this forum because they were not performing those logs with Archison Inc. dice. All new members of Archison Inc. must start out as a beginner. Archison Inc. is a seperate forum from all other forums and has no kind of interraction with other forum laws whatsoever. Director of Montery [ Open ] The Director of Montery will be in charge of issuing monthly paychecks to the Executice, the Board of Directors and Guild Commanders, keeping track of the forums currency. Chief Auditor [ Open ] The Chief Auditor recieves all logs and reviews them for validity. With the declaration a receipt will be issued stating who gets what and further instructions.
