Clans are commonly vampire guilds. This does not exclude other creatures form having clans, but the basis of clans comes from vampire houses. The following are requirements for having clans. We felt it necessary to have this stated within the charter due to the growing popularity of such organizations.
Clan Regulations
- Clan members are to follow their clans rules and regulations, as well as Archison Inc, because clans have their own set of laws.
- Clan members, just like all normal members, are required to have Registrations to perform any type of duty that requires one.
- All Clan members will follow the chain of command to a point, unless the request made by the higher authority puts you directly in harms way. Should this be the case come to the Presidnets, and they will handle the problem fairly.
- All clans must have a minimum of 5 members.
- Vampires themselves may not, and I stress on this, may not be sired into more than ONE Clan. There is no way for a vampire to be sired into two different clans, this action is not tolerated. This applies to any clan where as siring is a part of membership.
- Should a member wish to leave a clan they must get a soul transfer, or die to remove themselves from the organization.
General Clan Rules
- The better part of clans now a days, upon joining require you to change your Screen Name and Name, to include the clan's name. We do not require either, but we will express the fact that this is what we prefer.
- Most clans do not have rosters, but again, we prefer the leader of the guild to have a list of all members within their clan.
- Even if the clan leader does not know of your recent joining a clan for whatever reason, you are still subject to Archison Inc ruling. Simply put, if you join a clan, you are immediately subjected to the rules and regulations, no ifs, ands, or buts, that's just the way it is.
- Clans are not required to use the XP/GP system. A clan could be run like a guild but doesnt have to. They are not even required to use dice. Clans could be anything from plain families with no dice system, to a clan of zombies using dice. We are flexible.
