Bill of Rights



During the debate, while the charter was being constructed, its Chancellor repeatedly tried ideas to better it.  Fresh in his mind were the setups of other governments and their problems along with strengths.  One weakness found in most forums was that there was no amending of rules being done.  Below are the immunities set forth by the Chancellor to better the Forum.

Right to Speak Freely
All members may  practice their religions, and express their opinions.  They have the right to petition anything they don't like going on.  They may express their opinions to a certain degree without fear of prosecution.

Right to Trial
All members have the right to take another member to court to settle disputes of any nature.  Furthermore, anyone accused of a crime has the right to trial and will be given a chance to defend themselves infront of the Chief Justice and  Grand Jury if necessary.  You have the right to bring in witnesses and a lawyer to help defend you.

Right to Privacy
All members have the right to their own privacy.  No person, with or without authority, may forcefully attempt to gather information or private property of any other person within Archison Inc.

Right to Slective Roleplay
All members have the right to deny any acts of X-rated nature or demeaning behavior.  Archison Inc. will not tolerate any violations of this and will take harsh action against those responsible for such acts.

Right to Ignore
All members have the right to ignore all free-forum acts.  This includes free-forum AAs and acts which put their character's life in danger.   Furthermore, members have the right to ignore AAs and DMs from forums not allied with Archison Inc.
