AoRG Event Mandates

1.) Any member belonging to an AoRG guild may submit an event, but MUST obtain permission from their GC to submit it.

2.) All AoRG Events must have atleast TWO(2)AoRG Guilds actively participating.

3.) To have a Co-Host for an AoRG Event, the Event must be open to the Full Forum and run for Three Days or MORE. A valid reason must be submitted to the AoRG Events Chancellor (s) and must be approved.

4.) Please be sure that you have all rules drawn up BEFORE you submit your vent. This includes a Flyer illustrating each match type and any other promotional information. Your event MUST also correspond with all AoRG Mandates.

5.) You MUST submit your event no later than Two (2) weeks before you wish the event to run. Events come on a first come first serve bases so if you wish to get your event on a specific date, be sure to submit it as early as possible.

6.) An event may not be longer then Seven (7) days long. If you wish for an extended amount of time, you will have to personally submit why for the Chancellor's approval.

7.) Hosts have Seven (7) days, after the event, to produce final tallies or there shall be a fine for them not completing their duties as a host.

8.) Hosts are responsible for giving out prizes for their events. Please do not look to AoRG or it's Chancellor's to give out VPs for Grand Prize Winners. Also, VP's are non-transferable from guild to guild.

9.) You are responsible for placing information pertaining to proctoring within the flyer, and subsequent information sent out to participants. A comprehensive list is provided on the portal of what is "generally" needed to be seen within a log. Remember Self Proctoring and Dice Bots are never allowed.

10.) Upon receiving your application to host an event, you will be contacted by the Event Chancellor(s) and notified if it acceptable according to AoRG mandates and time schedules.

11.) Any event that goes against AoRG mandates, such as extra VPs for a special sort of match or anything that is unique, can and will be reviewed by the Chancellory if the Event Chancellor deems it fit and necessary.

12.) Non-Combative [NC] status members of AoRG are NOT allowed in any event that consists of attacking another living being or object. However, they are allowed to proctor and heal if the host agrees/has healing available.

13.) The host is responsible for advertising their event to AoRG guilds. We will post your event along with dates and times, graphic and portal, and in the AoRG Weekly News, but anything above and beyond such must be specially requested.

14.) If there is an issue that a Host is unable to resolve, they are welcomed to approach the Event's Chancellor for a final ruling on such.

15.) Each guild within AoRG, MUST host at least one event per year. If you are new to the forum and need help fashioning an event or would like to see an example of how a flyer is generally set up please contact the Events Chancellor(s).

16. All event mailstrings must include: Kittie Garronad, MinyaDkbld, and Leoperdis.
