shadow boxing

SHADOW BOXING Players literally fight the air in front of them, as they aim on becoming a faster typer. Example: ::lifts foot back far to prepare to kick:: ::thrusts leg up into the air:: ::while foot is in mid air, i spin, thus ensuing a spinkick::

weight training

WEIGHT TRAINING Players enter a room and indicate that they are picking weights. This exercise is performed to build power. Example: ::finds the heavy red weights:: ::grabs it by the center with my left hand:: ::lifts this weight up, struggling a little:: ::as I bring the weight back down, i say, "One!":: ::brings the weight back up to my shoulder to start again

sparing

SPARING Players battle each other without powering up, so they don't hurt their opponent. Its just like regular fights in every way, exept without permanent damage. Only good people can spar other good and neutral people. Evil people can spar other evil and neutral. Good and Evil people are not allowed to spar.
