Who Are The......
Fearsome Five?!?!?!
?

The Fearsome Five have walked the earth for centuries, and have been known by some to terrorize those they encountered, and to be ultimate saviors to others. Are the fearsome five a handful of near-immortals who simply do as they wish, at the whim of their Id? Or are they higher agents, avatars of the greater pantheon carrying out unknowable tasks to aid the greater body of mankind, even if at the expense of a few? Who really knows......

The Mug Shots: If you ever meet one of the Fearsome Five, beg for mercy, offer a good drink and a fresh meal, then run for the hills! Gods know what hellish deviltry is about to descend upon your town when they show up. It’s like a Clint Eastwood spaghetti western; he walks in to town, and the crap starts flying, whether he asked for it or not.

Dihralk Nephu

A lonesome swaggart, mean of temper and as scarred and villainous a face you’ll ever see on a “pretty boy,” this immensely tall Ashtarth Dark Elf is known for his gladiatorial prowess, wields the infamous Hellslice from the Khazani multicosm, and has been both raider, rebel, and hero to the good folk of the Hyrkanian Deserts for many a year now.
Famous For: Meeting Lero'Trah the dark queen herself.
Infamous For: Aiding and abetting the Scorpion Queen rebellion in 2083 aw.
Dihralk's Stats

Sextelina Vistularia

A bombshell of the nth degree, this mercenary is a cursed soul indeed, for she is decked with the scaliest set of dreadlocks you’ll see this side of the animal kingdom. Touched by the Gods, Sextelina was born a Gorgon, ancestor of Medusa, and she can turn men to stone with a firm, tempting gaze. Granted a pair of shades to conceal her deadly gaze, the fearsome warrior-wizardess travels the Middle Kingdoms in search of her true purpose. Beware! She means well, but her sidekicks always get it in the end....
Famous For: Helping Lord Caperishus conquer the Northern Wilderness.
Infamous For: Stoning the Duke Gonn Chavaren when he was revealed to worship the Kraken.

Astaron Gophomor

A rogue, raider, and madman, Astaron was born of the arenas and grew up in the fighting pits to become a hard, callous soul. When he came of age he is said to have entertained admission into a skullduggerous cult of Nihilists who didn’t even get along with the Chaos Cultists, at least until he stumbled across the ultimate booty: A flying pirate ship. Now, roaming the lanes of air and space, Astaron is a psychotic menace to anyone, anywhere.
Famous For: Stealing the Ethership Callistos.
Infamous For: Providing the necessary sacrifice to summon the dreadful apocalyptic comet called the Tail of the Dragon, after millenia of absence.

Shilitor Zenglil

Seemingly the most innocent, this casual, even-tempered rogue seems to just want to get along from day to day, and never seems to want for more than a good meal and strong drink. Yet, as is natural for his archetype, trouble always seeks him out, and he ends up having to make good on his startling prowess in swordsmanship, wading deep into the muck when necessary to get the “point” across.
Famous For: Taking on all 47 members of the Ghendarak Blood Gang Orcs and living.
Infamous For: Pissing off Halshaggin's Raiders and bringing their wrath down upon Balakad City.

Netharian Ariel

A quiet and disciplined student of the distant Takkain arts of mystic warfare, this young slip of a girl at first seems innocent enough, until you realize that she is capable of killing men four times her size with her bare hands. Like Kain, Ariel wanders the world on a quest to which some wonder if she even knows the goal. Some claim her true father is the Highlord of the Mages’ Council of Twelve, and she seeks his true identity, but can that truly be? Still, how did a nice little pale western girl like herself receive such fantastic tutoring in the oriental arts f war and magic?
Famous For: Capturing the heart of the Grand Caliph of Zued, then fleeing his clutches on a privately-raised Roc.
Infamous For: Slaughtering the entire Guild of the Dark Hand, once the Necromancers exposed themselves to her (literally, some say).
Netharian's Stats

(Who are they really? These are the original five surviving T&T characters that I ran back in the good old days; or at least, the survivors! All have gone on to be transplanted as NPCs in other games over time, and their legends have expanded in the process. I will post up stats and more history here later; check back for more! T&T is, after all, about building bigger than life heroes, and these guys are as big as it gets!)
