Kyrin has just discovered that there are other mages who escaped the battle on the night of the execution. They have taken refuge in a sanctuary found to the north. Kyrin has traveled the world since he was thirteen, and has heard vague stories of a mystic spell known as the ALPHA~OMEGA. He wants to learn about this spell and seeks his fellow brethren’s help. Recently though, strange things have been happening in the world. Rumors say that men and animals are being possessed, going mad without explanation and attacking travelers. If the rumors are true, this obviously makes his journey very dangerous, especially for one man. Kyrin now heads for the Forest of Freadin to meet with a mercenary who's agreed to accompany him to this sanctuary...
