The Decepticon Command roster from an old communique, recovered from old Air Command files
- dated February 29, 2000 - Earth time.

The following is a listing of the Decepticon Command under Operations Commander Shockray’s reign. It should be noted that at this point, Doubledealer2 had left or been destroyed, and was being replaced as security chief by NightWhip. Keep in mind this is not a compilation, but a snapshot of one instant in the roster's history.

The Decepticon Command was part of the DECEPTICON ALLIANCE. Decepticon Command member breakdown, division by division, not including NW’s fledgling division:

    • The AIR COMMAND later absorbed the COBRACONS, the very faction formed to take down Starcrosser. Finally, the COMBATICONS were added as a fifth division of the AC.

    This was before the Air Command was kicked out of the Decepticon Command, Shockray's disappearance, and the formation of the West Sector Decepticons.
